There was a good with Door Dash grabbing the wrong order. The manager at this location was super cool and generous, I would have been good with him just being cool. Very above and beyond service regarding a matter that wasn't his store's fault. Super stand up location and crew.

Waiting for over an hour for pizza to show up is ridiculous. Tracking App says it's being prepared for the last 40 minutes. Must be sitting on the shelf getting cold. I can see why this place is 3 stars. There are much better choices in town, avoid this one!

My order was ready on time and correct. Staff was courteous and professional. In fact when I picked up my order and was on my way to the car, an employee that was outside taking a break, asked me if I needed any help getting my pizza in the car. I thanked him and said I could get it. I was impressed and will definitely return to this location for future orders.

Believe all the bad reviews. The pizza here isn't the problem it's management and this current manager needs to be fired. I called cooperate and he told me it's no reason why they can't customize the pizza with no cheese ( I have a picky eater) also they screwed up our order and won't take ownership for it. The current manager don't care and it really shows. Definitely need to be fired ASAP.

Great pizza at a great price. The staff are very friendly there and the restaurant looks clean. Parking is very convenient. Delivery is great.

Ordered from here 3 times, 2 out of 3 times I’ve gotten an email telling me my order has been cancelled because the store isn’t open. If you don’t have people working there then just shut down

I normally love Papa John’s but night was not a good experience. First something happened and it changed my order to pickup instead of delivery when I went to get it and said something to the guy at the counter about it and that I paid a driver tip for nothing on line he just looked at me like I was dumb. I then walked out and got in my car and realized it wasn’t even all of my order as I was walking back in I seen an older delivery driver tell the guy at the counter that I was coming back in when the guy at the counter proceeded to get mad and slam his fist on the counter as I was walking back. He looked like I had ruined his night by tell him it wasn’t all of my order once we got that corrected I asked for a bag because I had a lot of smaller boxes that seemed to set him off again and he gave me a look and then pointed at the bags on the cooler. I have never had such bad customer service at Papa John’s if you are having a bad night you should never take it out on your customers I was rude to you but you were definitely rude to me makes me never want to go back!

THE WORST PIZZA STORE IN TOWN. First, ordered my pizza and BOT says it will arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. When tracking I see the order delivery time keeps going up and up until now, and hour and a half later, the driver is still right near the pizza store and no where near my house. This was a credit card purchase and manager told me it would take 2 business days to get my money back. WHAT???? They are absolutely the worst pizza delivery location in Wilmington. Would recommend ordering Pizza anywhere except from Papa John’s in Wilmington. The absolute worst customer service in town and getting worse EVERY DAY.
