Isaac was an amazing employee! He was super helpful and made the place feel very welcoming. I tend to have a lot of questions when I order food, and he was ready for all of them, helping me get exactly what I wanted and needed with very little wait time. Thanks to Isaac, this is now my go-to pizza place!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I accidentally entered the wrong address when placing my order and called back within three minutes. I was told the pizza was already on the road, but they assured me they would remake it and deliver to the correct address within 30 minutes. An hour later, the pizza still had not even been started. When I requested a refund, the employee said, “It’s refunded,” and then hung up on me. This kind of service is unacceptable and explains the low 3.3-star rating.

Terrible store ignored for over 5 minutes before even acknowledging the line of people in the store. Order was sitting the whole time getting cold because of this will not return not to mention if you order sauces they will short you and act like you never ordered them to begin with

The pizza wasn't bad but not much for toppings. The service was absolutely terrible, our pizza was 35 minutes late even though the tracker showed it ready. They print the sticker so corporate thinks they are meeting order expectations. No one was in charge or helping the many people waiting for their order. Asked for the manager who said sorry and if I wanted to wait another 10 minutes he'd give a free dessert after my food was finally ready. Will never go back there- also no one was wearing gloves 🤢 oh and some of the delivery employees were eating pizza while we all stood watching waiting for our food. Total failure

I watched them cut my pizza and put it on the shelf and proceeded to tell me for 30 minutes that it was not my order and watch them grab the same order and give it to me and charge me full price after they sat there for that long. No one wearing gloves and buddy cutting the pies kept picking his nose.

My order went through and gave a time for delivery. I went to check the status of my delivery and a message popped up said my order was cancelled. The store never called and when I called them the guy on the phone couldn’t say anything other than umm, umm we had to umm cancel umm the order, we are closing umm early for a new umm oven. Crappie way to handle your customers. This is the last time I will attempt an order from them.

Ordered pizza for the office and had leftovers the following day. Heated it up and started eating, second bite in and I’m biting a screw in the pizza. Director of operations (Anthony) was investigating the incident and said it’s definitely not a screw they use as of now but have in the past. I have posted this situation in multiple groups on Facebook to make people aware of the situation. I’ll be picking up a gift card refund today 😒. Will not be using it for this location! Put 2 stars so they can not remove this review

Don't even bother with this place anymore. Every time I order from here there is some problem and it's never their fault. From orders being delivered over an hour and a half after the projected time to cold food being delivered to missing and incorrect items nothing is ever satisfactory with this place. The major problem with this place is theor reliance on a trash company like Door Dash to deliver their food because they can't properly staff their delivery drivers. The cherry on top of this all is whenever I call to speak to someone about an issue they honestly and truly do not care and their go to response, no joke, is to cancel the order if I'm not happy with it. No empathy, no apologies, just straight up don't care because I'm sure they don't get paid enough to give a crap and/or are not properly trained to handle these issues, let alone are they setup for success. The buck starts and stops with ownership and management and every experience I've had with this place as been straight up unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
