Hands down some good food! There were 6 of us looking for an authentic spot to enjoy some Asian cuisine and this place didn't disappoint. Definitely a gem hole in the wall! Prices are amazing and more than reasonable for the amount of food you receive! Definitely will be returning when we're back in town!!

Very nice! The food was delicious and served quickly. Even though the space is small it did not feel cramped. Can not wait to go back and try more of what they have to offer.

Wish they had to-go orders. Dine in only can be inconvenient.

I use to be the cashier here. Ive read alot of these reviews and people want to fuss and complain about how "rude" certain people are but you arent the one actually there in that establishment busting your butt each day. The owners are very hard workers and just want the best for their company and their customers. I miss working there. I had to leave due to my health at the time but id love to work there again. And the food is wonderful to me ad well as the general ambiance of the establishment.

Witnessed one of the most despicable, heartbreaking moments of employee abuse of my life this afternoon. The cashier, who is new, made - what I and my partner could tell - a decision that was correct, but not to the owner's liking. She was met with loud, visceral eviscerations from the owner in front the entire store. Demeaning and degrading. I'll never come back. It was disheartening and disturbing. Please bring your business elsewhere!

Used to love coming her but the quality of food has gone downhill and the owner has an attitude.

Overall ok. Not the best texture. Ordered the spring rolls; the sauce was very watery and didn’t meet my expectations. The beef pho was ok, mostly noodles, very little vegetables, Thai basil wasn’t fresh. They charge you if you want extra lemon; they don’t have limes. I don’t recommend it and I won’t come back. I’ll try other restaurants aroundService was ok. Not good nor great

Can't get enough of this place! It's the only one I'll go to to get pho. It's a little small inside so seating is very limited, especially during peak times but the service is great and the prices are fair.

We come to this place pretty often and have enjoyed it in the past. They’re not doing take out anymore so when you go in you have to package up all your food yourself. This isn’t a huge issue but I assume a lot of people that eat here do take out because of the very small lobby. When we went in and almost every other customer was also transferring their own food into togo boxes. It doesn’t really make much sense to me to have to wash extra dishes that food touched for 2 seconds when you could just package the food as take out. When we were waiting for our order one of the employees yelled extremely loud that an order was ready, when the restaurant is barely 10 feet wide. Other people were visibly uncomfortable as well as us. On top of this the food has been mediocre at best. I really miss coming here and having a good experience so hopefully they fix some things!! We probably won’t come back.

A long strand of hair was found in the pho, and no form of compensation was offered.

Overpriced, small bowl, hardly any meat, not enough condiments and then they charged me extra for another lemon wedge and even more for extra bean sprouts . $18 for a bowl of pho only worth $10. Not going back.

What happened to this place? THey were closed for a while, then they opened back up but no longer do take out? It only seats about 20 people so if you get there at the wrong time.....no food or wait an hour? Makes no sense. I am sad, it was my favorite Thursday stop on the way home.

the barbecue chicken banh mi had the smokiness and taste of barbecue, but the chicken was dry and had no marinade or some type of sauce like I was expecting.the sandwich literally just resembled dry, store-bought rotisserie chicken with fresh cilantro, jalapeno, vegetables and a toasted baguette with melted butter as the condiment.as a fan of Banh Mi, I was underwhelmed.this tasted like a cheap knockoff of Vietnamese banh mi

I would not refer this place to anyone received horrible customer service because I wanted to switch my spring roll to regular vegetable because I did not know the meat came with shrimp. I then told them that I was allergic and just wanted to switch to vegetable I was then told by the owner I should learn how to read next time. Definitely got racists vibes and won’t receive another penny from me!!!! Does anyone know their number to corporate?
