Pizza Hut in Wilmington

“Jorge, my deliver person was professional and fast with delivery. The Lemon Pepper Chicken was pretty good, the Chicago style Tavern pizza was more like a thin crust pizza, usually Chicago thin crust has cornmeal or flour on the bottom and the crust and is slightly dense than a thin crust. Good effort though.“

“My husband and I walked in preparing to order. As we were looking at the menu, after a few minutes of doing so, a young man finally comes to the register and asks what he could get us. Before we could answer, he walks away leaving us, once again, standing at the register without service. My husband and I waited an additional 3-4 minutes as the other employees continued to work in the back area before an employee decides to finally take our order. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on.“

“I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this location, but this time the employee was on her phone and a line even formed behind me with 4 other people and gave no regard to me before the other people came in. I guess the girl that usually runs the register went to the restroom because she was back to help the rest of the guests. This experience will not detour me from coming back. I love the service and food just had 1 off time“
