Order Pizza Hut from doordash at the specific location and they decided to give my order to the door dash unsealed without any sticker on the pizza box. Got my pizza and the box was open, I couldn't eat it. Called the manager and he YELLED at me telling me that the employee who was responsible was new and didn't know any better, YEAH RIGHT. Definitely shouldn't be a manager nor is he manager material. Then when he had me on hold he was deliberately coughing in the background. It is not good to eat at this pizza hut. If you want pizza go somewhere else.

I am highly disappointed in my experience with these people at this location I placed my order at 6:00pm !!! I knew there would be a wait hence why I ordered at 6:00pm!! My estimated delivery time was 7:33 ….. around 7:10 I noticed the tracker hadn’t changed to indicate my order was on the way so I called them and they had the worst customer service ever …. They stated I placed a preference on delivery time LIE I DIDNT I ORDERED AT 6 with the expectation that it would be delivered by 7:33 NOT PUTTING MY PIZZA IN THE OVEN AT 7:33 freaking ridiculous, they assured me it was being made but for some reason my pizza didn’t arrive until 8:30 pm that night PISSED is an understatement and I expect a full refund that’s ridiculous get it together if y’all need a new staff just say that

We ordered thin and crispy. They did not give us thin and crispy. Plus they didn't add any of the tomato sauce to the pizza. The pizza was not edible.

The 🍕 is ok but that entire restaurant needs a makeover. Workers have their children there at night running in and out of everywhere and climbing on tables.

So it started off as a delivery then turned into me picking up the rest of the order that was forgot. Luckily I was still working and was trying to get it delivered before I left after working 14 hours. First thing it took 3 times and after I got home I realized I had paid for the Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper shakers that I never got. So I first noticed the drink missing when the driver dropped it off. He went back and got it and then brought it back to me. By now it’s 9pm and this order was supposed to be delivered at 8:35pm. I’m fixing to lock my store up and go home and realize the bacon cheese sticks and my wings won’t there. So I called them they tell me the driver is out and it’ll be awhile but he’ll bring it to me asap. I told her I’d just pick it up because I was leaving work. I get there and when I tell you I was stunned to see a child sitting on one of tables. Plus there were 2 or 3 others. It’s obvious they were an employees kids because I was the only other person at one time and they won’t mine. I feel like if maybe there wasn’t so much distraction there my order would’ve been right the first time. This was a $50 order and honestly I’ll never be going back probably. They lady that helped me was nice and she got me what I was missing but I’ve never had so much confusion on an order. I didn’t customize anything so it shouldn’t have been hard.

Workers want to cuss customers out. Have kids in the place playing and screaming. Trash out over the place, dust like a inch everywhere. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service.
AWFUL SERVICE LAZY WORKERS. PLACED AN ORDER 45 MIN PRIOR TO ARRIVING I GET THERE MY ORDER IS STILL NOT READY AND SAYS ANOTHER 30 MIN WHEN ONLINE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE IN 20. AWFUL MANAGEMENT AS WELL. AND I NOR MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO THERE

Doesn’t even pay. You don’t get what you order anyways. Then never get a response from customer service. Gladly took my money, but couldn’t give me my entire order or even get back to me.
No idea what is going on in there (besides literally nothing), but I ordered a pizza, wings, cinnamon roll pieces, and cheese bread. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting. The app says my order is in the oven. Well, I finally decide to call and see what's up after waiting an hour and a half and I'm told my order was canceled because they didn't have stuffed crust. OK, Well I could've taken regular crust, or even a PHONE CALL. I get told "he said he called you, but maybe he just lied". Excuse me? Who is "he" and why doesn't it reflect it's been canceled in the app??? An absolute waste of time and thank God I called or I'd still be waiting on nothing. I'm so irritated. It isn't that hard! Smh
Yesterday I went there and the lady with the blonde hair who look to be in her 40s, was very rude to me. She was clearly upset that they are short staffed and she's blaming her frustrations out on customers. I hope she isn't the manager.

Terrible lighting. Interior needs major upgrades. And the employees' uniforms look uncleaned.

Waited 45 minutes or so for boneless wings and a drink and when I drove 3 mins home it was cold. Store is filthy and had a dog kennel inside and kids barefoot. Overall the store was just filthy and had rancid carpet floors that were black from wear. Still no dine in or tables to sit at. Sad because it used to be great years ago.

Takes forever for delivery without any notification of the delay and then one time they just never showed up. ?♀️...and wonder why they are fewer and fewer locations.
