The food is good but the issue I have with them I order a pizza with very light sauce and they load it down with sauce. I ordered pepperoni onion and sausage and I get just pepperoni with heavy sauce. I just don’t get it. Do they just not read with someone orders or is it that they can’t read. If that’s the case then the manager should read the orders for them. You know what makes it even worst is I always order the same thing every time so when I go in there they say would you like the same thing you ordered the last time. Yes please

Pizza came out sloppy. Barely no cheese and the cheese that was on there was bout burnt. Got them to make it over and the second one was burnt so I just asked for a refund. If a toddler look at it and don’t want it then you know it’s not good. Had to drive all the way to another part of time to get my baby a pizza.

I ordered through the app. I arrived later then the time given to give them extra time to make the order. They told me 5-6 more minutes so I waited, went back in and they said they lost my order. I proceeded to ask for a refund so I could just leave. They told me they couldn't do a refund until the next day. 45+ minutes after placing the order. I've personally worked for Pizza Hut & I've never experienced such terrible service.

A Quick Easter Treat After Playing In The Local Area.
Went to this Pizza Hut for the last time last night. I never pay online when I order, they handed me the receipt back with my debit card. I made an X through the tip line wrote a total down, handed it back to the girl in the window who looked at it in point like asked me, aren’t you going to leave a tip? i’m sorry, but you handing me pizza through a window that I had to drive up for somehow I can’t imagine how this requires a tip.
