Went to this Pizza Hut for the last time last night. I never pay online when I order, they handed me the receipt back with my debit card. I made an X through the tip line wrote a total down, handed it back to the girl in the window who looked at it in point like asked me, aren’t you going to leave a tip? i’m sorry, but you handing me pizza through a window that I had to drive up for somehow I can’t imagine how this requires a tip.

Jorge, my deliver person was professional and fast with delivery. The Lemon Pepper Chicken was pretty good, the Chicago style Tavern pizza was more like a thin crust pizza, usually Chicago thin crust has cornmeal or flour on the bottom and the crust and is slightly dense than a thin crust. Good effort though.

My daughter was near the front of the store and told me they had a puppy in the kitchen playing with it. I already was thinking the place looked dirty and that settled it. If workers allow a dog in a kitchen while cooking my food and are petting it, then dog hair will be in my food. Nope..... I am also contacting Corporate office about this.

First of all, they were complete morons over the phone that told me they didn’t deliver 9/10 away from my house which they had been poor delivering for 10 years even the manager said they did deliver here so I went through Uber Eats and of course, once again the idiots could even get my order, rightpoor service normally a good place to eat, but after that experience never again they don’t even deserve a star even Uber Eats doesn’t deserve a star for all of the piss poor communication and service

The pizza was absolutely nasty. There was so much bread and so little sauce. Breadsticks burnt on the bottom. And not even one complimentary sauce was provided and because I asked for 1 ranch dressing for the wings the Caucasian manager told the black guy it’s coming out his check. That place is rude and the food is nasty.

Manager called his driver “the chubby one that drives a purple charger”. Forgot part of our order. Said he was unhappy with that driver and he’d send the driver right back with the rest. 3hours later I call only to have the phone answered and disconnected multiple times. Then when they answered, and I asked for a refund, I was told they’d get to it when they could. “We’re busy”. Expressed my frustration while employees were cursing at me in the background. Asked for the managers name- Was told they can’t give out that information and to call corporate. Done! Let’s see if those calls are really “recorded for quality assurance”. If I could give zero stars I would.
Pick up on 6/30/24 @6pm-ish. Large supreme, hand tossed. The crust was under cooked and 2" wide. I could still taste the flour in the crust. Pizza needed another few minutes in the oven.

Ordered take-out, picked up pizza, smelt as though it was burnt. Got home, pizza appeared fine, but was not cut property, had to pull pieces apart due to not being cut. The pizza was like eating bites of grease and weighed heavy on our stomachs. Only able to eat two slices and felt like I had ate tablespoons of grease and not pizza! Very disappointed! Never had this issue with this store until now! Not sure I will return after reading recent reviews!

Ordered takeout. Pizza wasn’t ready when I arrived, which is cool, but they told me to pull into the parking lot and they would walk it out “in 2 minutes, when it’s ready”. Sat there for 15+ minutes before walking into the store. They had just forgotten and pizza was sitting on the counter getting cold. As I’m picking it up, a BIG BLACK DOG comes out from BEHIND THE COUNTER dragging a leash (no one holding it) and an employee from the back walks out and grabs it and then takes the dog BACK INTO THE FOOD PREP AREA. Absolutely disgusting and is actually illegal. NC law states “Pets must be leashed, can't enter the restaurant and can't come in contact with employees preparing food or food service items.” I’m not going to eat this tainted food and I’ll absolutely be contacting corporate. At store between 8:45-9pm on 5/19/24.

got delivery, asked for light sauce extra cheese received what seems like extra sauce light cheese, food was delivered cold and squished by the soda all soggy and nasty. do not recommend as they can’t even follow the directions for the ingredients.
