These pizzas were really small to be a medium and it was dry. Yall were extremely stingy with the sauce for some odd reason. I had somebody pick these up for me and if I would've picked them up, I would've told yall to refund me. I won't be here again!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly, I just didn’t like my food I ordered a personal pan pizza and it wasn’t done or cooked evenly. I order from this location always and never have problems. I had a problem once and they resolved it very quickly. I love the immediate solution and response.
I never leave bad reviews unless you really screwed up. Email said food was delivered and there was no food at my door. Called the store got put on hold 3 times and finally told her no do not put me on hold and got my info. they claimed it was on the way, well 20 minutes goes by and it shows up…. Cold af! And the wrong order! I called the store over 3 times AGAIN! and kept being put on hold over and over. Almost 10 minutes on hold and still nothing….

Never again. I order a pasta and bread sticks, with 8pc boneless wings at 7:10pm , it's 7:40pm... I was told order will be 15min... it's going past 30min.. only 1 person making food. And you got a manager, and someone else in the kitchen. 3 folks, and I been watching for 30mib

Vegetarian options: I prefer lots of veggies and was not disappointed with my selections. Fair amount of veggies to choose from.
The people that work at this Pizza Hut are awesome they are super funny and I love it. I always get the correct order with them which is rare nowadays.
I called and the call failed and I received a no caller ID call from them and an employee said “imma call ur mama” so I hung up and they BLEW my phone up. Do better. Immature employees.
Worst Pizza Hut. The blonde lady in the front always has a horrible attitude and acts like she can’t hear or see you.

Pizza/Hut on Castle Hayne Rd in Wilmington NC has never let us down. We order regularly for 3 years. They have consistently been accurate, fresh, hot, quality, and prompt, friendly delivery. Way to go Pizza Hut! Thank you for your excellence and restoration in above average customer service and satisfaction! Our delivery driver, who is fairly new to the team (my apologies for the failure to retain your name) was extremely friendly, and apologetic, because he felt he should have been faster at locating our difficult to find business location, that is hard to decipher even to those of us familiar with the property. Not only was it his first exposure to the property on a new job but it was after dark on a foggy rainy night. He was patient, friendly, smiling, and apologetic for something out of his control. He Not only still brought hot quality pizza, but exemplified style, grace, consideration, and compassion for his job and customers. Kudos young man! You nailed it ? -
