There is something about Pizza Hut. They don’t seem able to have orders ready when you walk in the door. I usually have to wait at least five minutes before I can leave. It’s 4 pm and they have only one employee working. Quite frustrating.

I would give them 0 starts!!! I go to pickup a pizza and wings lady outside talking on the phone and smoking. I’m inside she comes in doesn’t wash her hands and start making food. My order pickup time is 1:35 at 1:42 I’m asking for my money back. She gets mad that I ask for my $5.35 back.

My husband and I walked in preparing to order. As we were looking at the menu, after a few minutes of doing so, a young man finally comes to the register and asks what he could get us. Before we could answer, he walks away leaving us, once again, standing at the register without service. My husband and I waited an additional 3-4 minutes as the other employees continued to work in the back area before an employee decides to finally take our order. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on.

Just ordered from here they have no delivery drivers but let you order online. Manager canceled the order didn't call and I sat there for an hour before the order history was changed on my profile and realized I wasn't getting any food. Great customer service and this isn't the first time either. If I could order delivery from another location I would but I guess incompetent managers is all Ill ever get!!

Hire your own drivers. It is complete bs to have some 3rd party driver in shorts and a t-shirt deliver me a cold pizza an hour late. Following on pizza huts app is totally pointless because the driver just hits delivered way early and I cant take my tip back. Absolutely disgusted when that crap happens.

These pizzas were really small to be a medium and it was dry. Yall were extremely stingy with the sauce for some odd reason. I had somebody pick these up for me and if I would've picked them up, I would've told yall to refund me. I won't be here again!!
