We have never had a problem with getting deliveries before to our home but tonight we were told the manager was worried for the safety of her drivers on the streets from South 5-15th. I looked up Pizza Hut’s policy on the practice they call “red lining” neighborhoods based on crime statistics. sorry customer service it took a hour plus to get my order and when I called the store first they couldn't find the order then the manager got on the phone with a funny attitude looked the order up and said oh the driver left already . I said I know that's what the tracker said but that was 30 mins ago he stated oh the driver left already. I'm tired of spending my money and being treated anyway. so thank u Pizza hut you've lost a customer I guess papa John's it is from here on...read full review
