Pizza Hut Express

We were trying to order 9 Pizzas at 1230 in the afternoon and they refused to make them. Saying they might close early due to snow THAT MIGHT HAPPEN 7 HOURS away and hung up on us. You could here the Manager yelling in the back round.

I won’t speak on the speed of service as they are currently understaffed. However, the manager, Mike, at this location is a legitimately great guy. Made sure my order was good, talked to me while I waited and got me extra marinara.

They advertise a big box deal with traditional wings but when you try to order them they say they’re not part of the deal. They claim to not have them but in the next breath they offer to sell you a side order for extra money. If you look online the deal says traditional or boneless. What they are saying is a big fat lie. And if you try to talk to a manager they’ll never answer the phone to take your complaint. All their orders are routed through San Antonio ,Texas not locally. They’re big on advertising their special while you’re watching the NCAA finals but are falsely advertising what they’re offering. Don’t patronize them. Get a pizza anywhere else.

I am visiting friends. I do the cooking when I'm visiting so my friend said, Whats for dinner? I looked in the fridge and freezer and announced, We're ordering pizza!! So we started looking around at pizza parlors and saw Pizza Hut has a Detroit Style Pizza. I've been dying to try one since I saw them make it on Cook's Country. Its a very specific pizza with a crispy dough, browned cheese around the sides (its square) and not a lot of sauce, but a lot of pepperoni. There were 2 layers of pepperoni. Regular pepperoni on the bottom and cup pepperoni on the top that crisped up. The sauce was OK too, but the crust was not good. I was expecting a nice crisp crust. Instead it was flabby and soft. I had to stick it into the toaster oven to crisp it up. Then it was better. I applaud them for trying to do a Detroit Style pizza, but really, get it right before you put it on the menu.

sorry customer service it took a hour plus to get my order and when I called the store first they couldn't find the order then the manager got on the phone with a funny attitude looked the order up and said oh the driver left already . I said I know that's what the tracker said but that was 30 mins ago he stated oh the driver left already. I'm tired of spending my money and being treated anyway. so thank u Pizza hut you've lost a customer I guess papa John's it is from here on out or make my own.

We have never had a problem with getting deliveries before to our home but tonight we were told the manager was worried for the safety of her drivers on the streets from South 5-15th. I looked up Pizza Hut’s policy on the practice they call “red lining” neighborhoods based on crime statistics. After looking at the crime map for all of Wilmington, there is not any significant difference in crime between those streets and the rest of Wilmington. I’m not sure why tonight, for the first time, this issue was raised.

Note: this is about Ogden; there was a glitch I am so sick and tired of not getting what I ordered. I order online, add an extra sauce, pay for extra sauce, extra sauce prints on the receipt an NOPE!! Do your job!!

It’s been good but now not ordering no more

Came here for lunch with a buy one get one free coupon. Since we had been out shopping our first order of business was to wash our hands. I have never ever ever seen a restaurant bathroom sink so filthy. There were black spots all over by the taps on the sink-at first I thought maybe it was paint spatters. However when I had dried my hands I attempted to wipe at it with the paper towels and guess what-it started to come off. The entire sink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several months! The sink bowl was dirty too, but not as bad. Returning later to actually use the restroom we discovered the toilet would not flush. Hmmm. The pizzas we ordered were ok, nothing to get overly excited about. Don't think we will return because we just felt dirty in there. Definitely will not recommend this location.

We were staying in a hotel near by watching basketball, and decided to order pizza. We ordered and were pleased with excellent pizza and wings, hot, tasty, and the service was fast. My wife and daughter in law rated the pizza best ever. Friendly service. The rating by yelp was not good, but I am pleased to to say this location is excellent.

Many Pizza Hut restaurants are about the same and this one is too. service is decent and food was good.

My wife and I come here about 3-4 times a month and the food is always fresh and has great flavor. More than anything the staff and service is some of the best in town. The sign might just show them as a pizza place, but they are so much more.
