Dined in with a group and was handed dirty plates that looked like they had the indentation of multiple years of wear-and-tear, however clean plates were provided after it was mentioned. Stromboli was really good.

Everything at Pizzettas is hands down fantastic. It takes me back to stopping in at Nonas house, always something good cooking on the stove. If I could eat breakfast lunch and dinner here I would. If you haven't tried it start with a pie, but bring an appetite!

The pizza flavor is exactly what you want pizza to taste like. Right balance of tomato sauce, grease and cheese. Flavors are tasty. If the place is rushed the crust can be a little tough. Easy enough to perk up at home with a non-stick frying pan on medium to medium high heat. Just toast it up. Best way also to reheat leftover over pizza too. Top down first then flip it to do the crust

Don’t know what happened but the quality of their pasta dishes are horrible. I got shrimp scampi and only got five small shrimp and under cooked pasta. Had absolutely no taste. For the price I would expect more shrimp and some flavor. It’s a shame. My wife and use to love that place. Won’t be going back

The pizza is pretty good ! But what is up with the staff… seriously no such thing as customer service these days . The waitress must have been having a really bad day because she was oddly rude and even turned to another customer to make a back handed remark about my daughter and I.. we wanted to sit down while we waited for our pizza but apparently that was a huge NO NO, that warranted hostile treatment .

It is nearly impossible to deal with this restaurant lately. They used to be so good but now they're either closed, not delivering, or out of just about everything. When I call, they don't even ask if I can hold. Just pick up and mumble something that sounds like, "Pizzetta's please hold" and then I'm on hold for five to ten minutes only to find out that they're out of half of what I want to order. I love their food but, the last four times that I've tried to order from them, I ended up having to spend my money elsewhere. And the things I've asked for are normal menu items. And then they tell me that they no longer make slices!!! I loved their food but I'm pretty much done with them. I hate getting psyched for Pizzettas only to find out that they barely have anything to offer.

Unfortunately this restaurant is having to operate with an extremely limited staff and their menu is very limited as well. I have always loved this restaurant but was disappointed in my last visit. They are trying their best but it was not a happy or nice meal/experience. Hoping they are able to be fully staffed soon and get back to the normal menu and service their customers are used to.
Pizza was delicious! The crust and sauce is obviously handmade in house—no comparison to chain pizza places.Please support local small businesses over chains in these bad times, or we will have none left.

It should not be hard to order pizza on a Friday or Saturday, but this place will prove otherwise. Every time, every time.... start calling at 615 pm, busy signals for 30 minutes. Maybe once you get the answering machine and then finally a person at 705 pm who puts you on hold for 7 minutes. Then announces no delivery. Pathetic.

Let me just start by saying WOW. This is not just ordinary Italian food, it’s absolutely out of this world. I cannot begin to describe exactly how delicious and quality the food is. From the cheese, dough, and sauce, I could hardly believe this was a restaurant not in NY. My husband and I were immediately blown away when we received the most fresh and tasty garlic knots right off the bat - they melted in our mouths. Another important part I have to point out is the service we received - what a joy it was to have such awesome service, especially during these trying times for restaurants right now. I have been a resident of Wilmington for 5 years now and have not been until now. I’m most definitely going to be a regular there now. Please, do yourself a favor and try it out! You will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to go back.
