Walked in to get a smoothie, both were sitting down on their phones, instantly went to the register to rush me to get a smoothie, asked them “ do you have a peanut butter smoothie” they gave me one and it was not good:( and they kept talking bad about someone and drama like it’s sunday bro come on

First time great!!! In and out fast!!! I ordered on the app because I’m always go the go and have to rush back to work. But today, service was kinda slow.

Walked in this morning with my husband and greeted everyone. The blonde girl with the glasses walked up to the register to handle another receipt, ignored my greeting and walked away. I get that she may have been busy but a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would’ve been a lot better.
Other than poor service, the smoothies are pretty good. I would come in often or my husband would stop by to grab some for us. After being ignored so blatantly, I’m not returning.

Great drinks! Fresh, flavorful. We were here for the beach and this is a refreshing drink to have on a hot day! Hopefully can find another location for sure!

This Planet Smoothie smelled good and was exceptional clean on Friday evening, May 31. I had great customer service. And to top it off, the smoothie was very good. Highly recommend this place for a boost of energy or any other kind of smoothie.

By far one of the best smoothie places I’ve found since living in North Carolina. They are better in price and cup size than smoothie king. I strongly recommend this smoothie joint. ?
