Stood there for 5 mins before someone Acknowledged my husband! Mind you all the employees made eye contact with him and didn’t ask or attempt to take his order.. smh sad want be receiving our money again

Everyone that works here is friendly, helpful and a diligent worker! I I recommend coming here than any other place. The bowls are big and they are very generous with their toppings!!

I really enjoyed my Nutella bowl even tho they kinda stingy with Nutella. Their spoon is odd shaped and rubs my mouth raw before completing the bowl though. It’s wider and rounder in the middle instead oval shaped. I had coupon for a bowl and get a free cold brew coffee I should have specifically said I like it sweet because they added no (simple) sugar to the coffee it was so bitter. I was going to ask if they had something to sweet it with but standing there at the pick up window was apparently not the place. I stood there waiting and even the manager I presume didn’t acknowledge me I said hey but I assume he’s assumed I’m just waiting for pick up idk. I tried to get someone’s attention but to not prevail. I’m glad the coffee was free I’d be mad if I paid money for it.
