I usually have an enjoyable experience at this playa location, as this was not my first time ordering from this location. Assuming it would be busy I ordered online using the playa app, and the store was not prepared for that. My order was never made, even though the app confirmed that my order was placed and ready for pick up. The staff was helpful and kind in reprinting my order, however this second order still took an additional 20 minutes to make. I am not happy with the lack of organization in the back that led to my order ticket getting lost.
