Nice place to grab a great cup of coffee and a muffin. Nice atmosphere, very clean and friendly staff.

If you have an allergy of any kind, don’t bother. Peanut allergy here, and they wouldn’t even accommodate a latte let alone a breakfast sandwich.

Always clean, and more importantly always consistent! The crew is awesome, best location in town!

We love the Port City Java location on Market Street. We are not locals, but you can tell that many of the AM customers are as the staff was greeting them by name. We had tea, coffee, and muffins. There is an ample selection of teas, coffees, muffins, and breads. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is super friendly. Free refills is just an added bonus!

Manager came to ask me for 4 cents that I was short when paying cash. I visit a lot of port city locations and was very disappointed. I would suggest visiting a different location.

Better than starbucks...good options but not so many your head explodes. All very good. Friendly staff as well!

Recently went through the drive-through and ordered an herbal tea. I asked if it could be put on ice for me, as they do not have any iced herbal teas. Rather than pouring the tea on ice for me I was told I “could do it myself.” I have always been a pcj fan and went back today and ordered my usual triple shot. After getting home, tasting my coffee, which either tasted like dead shots or the machine hadn’t been cleaned, I drove back and nicely asked if I could have a remake. I stated I wasn’t quite sure if it tasted burnt because they didn’t stir the white chocolate in fully or why it tasted different than usual and the girls response was I could pay for extra. Never have had this issue prior. The remake was just as bad. Service is definitely not what it used to be. I will continue to support local, just elsewhere.

Very cute atmosphere and the staff were very kind and personable. The bacon egg and cheese on English muffin I got tasted delicious, and even when they were temporarily slammed with customers, food and drinks came out in a very timely manner. Only thing stopping it from being a 5 star is I wasn't too keen on the coffee flavor itself(I got hot mochaccino), due to personal preference. Hoping to try out their hot chocolate next time around!

Came here recently for a Build your Own Breakfast and a coffee and they gave me expired mayonnaise. Not sure if it was old or not being stored properly but it was extremely runny and smelled like paint thinner. The oil and egg in it obviously had separated and i only realized after i put it on my sandwich unfortunately.
Dont go unless you enjoy food poisoning!

I have always loved Port City Java and visit almost every day. However, I was disappointed to find that they recently changed their menu, removing the Impossible sausage on an English muffin. As a vegan, this option was very important to me. Even with customizing their current sandwiches, I end up paying more, despite removing items. Regrettably, I will need to find another place to go.
