Was gifted a drink from a friend on 10/30/25. She brought it to me at a place I was volunteering. Unfortunately, it tasted so bitter and not good. It was an iced latte. I called to tell what happened and ask if I could come get a replacement when I was finished . The person I spoke to was extremely rude asking for a receipt (it was bought by a friend for me). I go to Port City Java every once in a while (let’s face it, it’s expensive these days) but when I do, we go to the one on 17th street. They are always nice and they always get my coffee right!! I always get the espresso shake with French vanilla and salted caramel flavoring and sometimes some caramel on top. Yes I know, this sounds like diabetes in a cup lol, but that’s why I only go every once in a while lol. If you’re looking for reliability, great service and awesome...
If you support small business, this is a locally owned and run coffee house. Plus. This is my favorite coffee. Always made how I ordered and rich coffee flavor without a bitter aftertaste. Breakfast sandwiches are tasty and made with fresh ingredients. They have a rewards program and online ordering. If you have never tried PCJ; go local you will not be disappointed.
