Port City Roasting Company

I am at the ILM Airport but couldn't find this location on Google Maps to review so am reviewing to Corporate Office.I fly in and out of here quite often and today I was helped by Tiasha at the cash register. She was the friendliest person I have ever encountered in any airport and I fly a lot!I almost offered her a job just because Tiasha was so helpful and friendly, I'd make sure to hang on to her!Anyway, I had an Iced Hazelnut Latte while I waited on my flight. Coffee is always better than any Bux out there.Thanks!PS I used to work for Ken and Matt that built your Office on River Rd.

Appreciate the hospitality

Just got a cup of decaf coffee but it was not very hot. I didn’t bother saying anything because I was just so grateful that they were open, had decaf and had pleasant staff working. A couple of minutes later, noticing that he was at the end of the pot, Collin came over to my table and asked if I’d like a new cup from the fresh new pot he was brewing. Now THAT is customer care!!!
