Still the best restaurant in Wilmington. Everything was perfect for our anniversary celebration. Kaitlyn our server was professional, attentive and friendly. Food as always was great. Dining area was full but quiet. Still our go to for special evenings.

Port Land Grille was outstanding! Although prices are high, the food was very tasty & plentiful. I suggest you get the Korean Short Ribs. They come with clear Asian noodles. The flavor amazing! We also had the mahi mahi which was excellent. The desserts are all house made. We ordered the pumpkin bread pudding & it came with vanilla pudding. Plenty for 2-3 people. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

We always recommend this restaurant as a consistent fine dining option in Wilmington. However this visit with first-time guests missed the mark. The entrees arrived before the appetizers. When told they were out of rib-eyes and couldn't fire a new one, we took the first one they brought to the table, although the twice-baked potato was flat and cold. Two strip steaks weren't cooked to the proper temperature and tasted completely different although both were ordered the same. We were grateful that the manager replaced the potato and comp'd a round of cocktails, though we would have preferred the stellar dining experience we're accustomed to having there, especially with out-of-town guests. Finally, the butterscotch crème brûlée was absolutely exceptional and the coconut cake was delicious as usual. The service was fine, but somewhere along the line someone dropped the ball and it was very disappointing coming from a restaurant we adore and highly recommend.

We were here for our anniversary dinner and had another noteworthy experience. Our server, Hannah, was attentive, personable and thoughtful, and the sommelier Keith recommended a perfect wine for our meal. Appetizers were delicious and dinner (tenderloins) were outstanding. Saved room for the coconut cake, which was a showstopper, as usual. Happy to have taken some home and enjoyed the next day with coffee. We'll be back-thanks again for a terrific experience.

We had gone 3 years ago and the food was delectable. The cocktails were quite plain. Yesterday's dinner seemed to miss the mark. My husband's steak was OK. My fish was not as good as I expected. The sides were really good. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. The service was really good. The waitress was very attentive. We went to celebrate his birthday.

Our favorite restaurant in the world, and we've been to plenty. The food is delicious and the candlelight dining is so pleasant. The coconut cake is to die for! Had Shawn's pate which we've had every time we've been there for the past 26 years.
Wonderful evening on every level. The service was prompt, knowledgeable & professional. All dishes were well presented and delicious. There is an extensive wine selection as well as a trained mixologist at the bar. We were celebrating a birthday. Our waiter, a handsome young dark haired young man originally from southern California as we all are, brought us an fabulous dessert. Highly  recommend this establishment.

We've been going here for close to 20 years and the food is always drastic. The service is always delightful and gracious. Couldn't ask for a town gem that is always ready to please. Had the Pimento Cheese & crackers with red peeper jelly, Black Grouper, and Pumpkin Bread pudding. Everything tasted great. Out service was exquisite.
