I never complain about food when it disappoints, but my family went for lunch yesterday & spent $43 dollars for 3 wraps & 2 drinks(no soup or chips). It was hardly edible. The wrap was stale, not much chicken and wasn’t made properly. Tasted like I was at subway but more expensive.

We gave them a second chance again today but probably will be the last. Quality of food the last two times has been terrible. This order just did me in. When you spend $50+ on four sandwiches and then be horrible!! Last time! Bacon uncooked on two of the sandwiches. Missing toppings. Sauce on only half. Sandwiches just sloppy!

Love the staff at this location! I made a mistake on my order and didn’t realize it until after I left and rechecked my online order. The manager fixed it and didn’t charge me or even point out that it was my mistake which was very kind. The ladies on the line prep are always super kind and upbeat as well so I just wanted to leave a positive review and say how much I appreciate it!

Grubhub delivery, but the food did not disappoint. Will definitely be back next time we're in town. Their deli mustard makes the sandwich amazing. The wreck and prime subs were amazing and the mac n cheese was just as good.

Don’t risk takeout…ordered the powerhouse salad. App wouldn’t let me remove the fat free dressing so I added balsamic dressing and added a note to not include the fat free. I ended up with not only no dressing whatsoever but they also forgot the hummus (a standard component of this salad). The receipt had all of this clearly printed on it so the issue was just lack of employee attention to detail. The food I did get was good, but if I go here again I’m ordering in person and watching like a hawk to ensure I’m getting what I paid for.

What a fantastic experience at Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Wrightsville Beach! Our most recent visit was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The team members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. Every sandwich we ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderfully fresh.
