Ordered delivery from this location. Got two sandwiches, one was completely wrong. It had items that specifically requested not to be on it. It did not have the requested items on it either. The other sandwich was covered in mayonnaise, the whole entire outside and practically everything inside. just disappointing.

I came to pick up a to-go order and had to wait for them to make everyone else's order who was in line even though my order was placed over 10 minutes ago. Just so you know don't order from this place unless you're right in their face and at the register because otherwise they're not going to pay attention to your food until the last minute. One of the most basic fundamental rules of the food industry is to just make the food in the order that it was received but I guess these kiddos can't handle it.

I had high expectations coming in based on the reviews. The employees were more focused on the “Karen” complaining about something than greeting me when I’m sitting there on crutches. (Didn’t want to be rude and interrupt) I placed a mobile order and there is no signage directing you there and the employees looked at my wife and I like we were unintelligent. This is our first time here we don’t not know the lay of the land, horrible first impression.
I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but this is not something that is acceptable for good business. Especially when tipping 20%

This is my first Potbelly experience because I am traveling for work and we don't have these in my area. I ordered online and went to pick it up. I am a big fan of a good website that makes ordering easy and quick, so for me that's half the score right there. Then when I went in to pick up the food was ready and the staff showed me the shelf where I could just grab and go, so I'm already a huge fan because I travel so much for work that I love a place that let's me get in and out quick. So as far as I'm concerned that's already 5/5 before I even tried the food. I got the chili, broccoli soup, and a powerhouse salad. All three items were delicious! I was super happy that by the time I got to my hotel and went to eat the soup and chili were still very hot which I dont see very often with most takeout. Also the price was really decent for the quality of the food. I wish I could give this place 6 stars, or 60. Thanks!

I guess if you want to pay almost 13 dollars for bread and lettuce, it’s great!!! Also the chili is more like hot dog chili. The Mac n cheese was good tho.
