I am new to North Carolina and my wife took me here to Pot Belly’s and the food was amazing, the service was impeccable and the place is so clean. It was a pure pleasure.I’m also in the car business and the owner came into my store to buy a new vehicle and my experience I had made total sense on why Pot Belly’s is the great place it is because the owner was extremely nice and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

10/10! Potbelly’s was efficient and right on time with my last minute order for 40 mini subs!! they were delivered hot with all the extras i asked for and a sweet thank you card! Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I have not been to this chain in many years. My memory was that it was a decent experience, so I decided to take my family here during a recent trip to NC. I have to say I was very impressed. The service was friendly and the food was quite good. I definitely enjoyed my visit.

Super friendly service! Everyone I've met there has been great. Delicious sandwiches with a bag of chips. Dining room is fast food norm. Meatball marinara and the blue cheese steak are our go-to's but everything so far has been pretty awesome. I've eaten there 8 times in the past two weeks. No complaints about service, the sandwiches or the setting. It's a good call.

Love this place. Top of the sub chains. Premium sandwiches that are full of flavor. Huge pickles, and hot soups! Friendly service, clean restaurant. Wish there were more locations in the area.

Great place to grab a quick bite that isn't fast food! It's a step above. Second visit here while visiting the area, I've had their grilled chicken salad, pot pie soup and now their apple walnut salad and Mediterranean sandwich. All really good. You will be happy with your dining experience here.

Customer service was as great as the sandwich! First time here, Katie was so helpful and really took her time to introduce me to the menu. Ended up with the perfect Sandwich, can't recommend them enough! Staff, food, ambiance is great, feels like 2009 with the playlist too, just go!
