Overpriced and Underwhelming…My family and I decided we were feeling bbq tonight and we've been wanting to try Primal because (our favorite) Moes has been closed. We ordered about $80 worth of food for the 3 of us, and got a portion of almost everything. The portions were very small and very expensive and it barely fed the 3 of us (we were expecting to have lots of leftovers). It tasted as if the food had been made the day before and they reheated it in a microwave to serve, and I was very disappointed because almost everything was dry and bland. I really enjoyed the sauce on the burnt tips though. And Billy who took our order was very kind and helpful. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to like it but at that price point, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

I am a local. I have been wanting to try Primal for a while now, but just haven’t. Well since our fav (Moe’s) is closed due to a fire, I figured it was worth a shot. I went online and ordered a side of macaroni & cheese and 8 oz of chopped BBQ. I went to get it and while i was waiting, i noticed that the in-store prices were different, by a good amount. I paid $1.25 more for a small side portion of mac & cheese and $2.00 premium for the BBQ. The BBQ was pretty good. The mac & cheese was good, my son liked it, but the portion was no where near what a $4.75 portion should have been. The bowl was about 1” deep and 4” across.Long story short, call your order in by phone to save some money.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Primal BBQ for making my thanksgiving the BEST one yet!!! Y’all, your mashed potatoes transported me to outer space they were so good! The burnt ends of brisket melted in our mouths and the collards and cornbread stuffing were to die for!!! Keep up the AMAZING work!!!!

The best smokehouse BBQ ever!!! The burnt end were juicy, flavorful, and making my mouth water as I write this, they were the best burnt ends I tried anywhere. We will be going back again really soon!!!!

OMG!!!!! THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL WITH AN AMAZING STAFF. From the time we stepped in, me and my family ate inside, we were treated like royalty. The food....thinking about it makes me melt it was so delicious. Try everything find out what tickles your fancy. My fave was the Burnt Ends...Just go and I hope you have the pleasure of meeting Vincent.

Good food and very nice people. I do not recommend the wings or cole slaw, everything else was pretty good. The sweet potato casserole was the best imo. The brisket was really good as well. Oh and the beans! I am super picky about beans but those were great.

We were looking for a local BBQ place and found Primal BBQ on Google Maps. We drove up and got out of the car and could immediately smell it. We hoped it tasted as good as it smelled. As a family, we ordered the platter with brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, chicken wings, and four sides (collards, bbq beans, Mac and cheese, and sweet potato casserole). The food was really good but they didn’t have the wings so they subbed pulled pork. The brisket and burnt ends had more fat than I expected but tasted good. The pulled pork tasted great without any sauce. The sides were good but not great. No complaints but they were just good. All in all, this was a good place to eat and was authentic BBQ. We would go back again.
The food is average, I’ve had way better. The biggest negative is that they’re not following the mask mandate. Wearing a mask on your chin isn’t following the mandate. If they don’t care for me as a customer, I will no longer give them my business.

Most excellent pulled pork served Eastern style, your choice of 6 sauces. The baked beans are a meal in itself. Do not leave without trying the Mac and cheese! I'm not a fan of brussel sprouts but these are delicious. The staff are very helpful. You're missing out if drive by this place.

Wow. Fantastic experiences. The wonderful aroma that is bbq meets you right at the front door along w the smiling faces of the friendly staff. Burnt ends were excellent but the banana pudding is the best I’ve, and my wife(the true connoisseur), ever had. Accolades teamOf primal bbq. Keep crushing it!
