I seriously do not understand what the hype was for this spot. Me and my wife both got sandwiches, and we both had the same dissatisfied look after a few bites. Bread tastes stale and uninteresting, meats aren't very "primo", and the flavor is just blah. Oh, and have you seen the prices?! Completely unwarranted. I have a BOGO coupon for them I don't even want to use, that's how much I don't care to return. Potbelly is soooo much better, and not much further down the road.

Great hard rolls, cold cuts, sharp provolone, and overall really high quality ingredients.

Great sub, but way over priced. $19 for a turkey sub and a small bag of chips. Not sure how they compete with the competition.

Yesterday was my first visit, and I did not expect such a clean, and well staffed restaurant. The employees were very friendly, and the food was great! I’m glad I found this place.

Best sub I've had in a while. Decent prices, staff was helpful. The food was amazing. The seasame seed bread pairs great with the meat and cheese. This was my first time trying it and will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: EggplantParking: Tight small lot

Great vegetarian options! I found the quality to be worth the price.

Delicious! Wide range of sub options that you can't find anywhere else, very creative and unique. This place is a must try!

Be prepared to pay! This place is expensive! I ordered 1 medium sub, 1 small sub, 3 bags of chips and one drink $36.00. The food is decent but the costs are too high.

It's the evening of the 23rd of January. I had a float appointment, and saw a new sandwich place, so thought I would try it out. Inside was clean, and new looking. I said "First time here," and what sizes were the sandwiches and which were hot. I was told the Philly and the chicken something. I ordered a small 6in Philly, a small bags of Herbs chips and a bottle of water, which came to $15.00 without a tip, of course when running my card the auto tip came up on the screen and the first choice to choose from was 18%, which was $2.50...I declined. The order was fast, but when I opened up the sandwich it was no larger than a hotdog bun..I swear to god it may of been smaller...I literally could not see any mean on the maybe 4 1/2 inch bun...I was beyond livid. You advertise "Hefty sandwiches." I literally picked it up and gave it all back to the cashier...I did not take a refund, or have them remake a sandwich. With being in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and even with today's prices the cost of the bun, slice of cheese, and the minuscule amount of meat, and wrapper, bag that may of totaled $1.25-1.80 total cost...and $15.00 bucks for that....good luck being in business until the summertime.. That is a rip off and complete lack of portion control. I was in the store at roughly 6:10 PM, black shirt. One more thing, name was Mac, not Mark, and the cashier even said Mac, not Mark...and an eye rollinh, and not showing a care about it also shows unprofessionalism. Bring it on camera so you can see the size or the "Hefty" sandwich...lolol...not. I will share my review with everyone I know. You were not busy, and some quality control would of went along way...Your advertising, description and presentation is lacking. Good luck keeping your doors open.

Great service but the subs were not amazing. I would rather have jersey mikes. The bread was very hard. Flavor was pretty good though

I want to love Primo, I really do. I love a good sub. Primo has good sizing options. Their menu is quite large as well. Beyond that it's incredibly expensive for a similar experience to a Jersey Mike's. I've tried multiple times and even joined their points club with high hopes. Each time there wasn't anything special with the flavor beyond any other sub place. It was just more options. BTW their point club never offered anything on the birthday reward but does harass you daily to get a sub so I'd stay away from that. If you want a standard Italian or turkey sub, stick to your normal place. If you want to splurge or are in the mood for meatballs or something this might be a good option.
