I had paprikash. It was good. The warm pretzel and potatoe pancakes were delicious! Our server, Samantha, on the patio was great!
Lovely atmosphere and I love the table by the window- great view of folks passing by and downtown.
I remember their water used to be not so good but now they have fixed that but I wish they could acknowledge us more often besides talking to the manager but the food is good but as a food critic I keep getting the same which that’s bad I wish there was something for me to taste
WOW! Stopped in for appetizers and my gf had a beer which was $3 as per the Tuesday special. The pretzel was amazing, both appetizers came out super quick and it was inexpensive for what we got. We will absolutely be recommending and returning. The atmosphere and decor was phenomenal. Spent $28 total sans tip.
I luv this biergarten! The beer is delicious and I enjoyed their bratwurst! All the staff seem so happy and are constantly smiling! Such a great experience visiting. I will be sure to return the next time I am in town. An ambiance and atmosphere like nowhere else in Wilmington!
Paq we met the managing partner while we were there a lovely lady my recommendations for our accommodation Barry Pleasant lady great atmosphere in great location thing of German descent specially could have used a little work but overall pleasant experience
First time here and lover of German food. Had a great time the staff was really friendly and accommodating since we had 3 kids with us. Drinks were really great and there was a large variety. Food was fast and delicious. Would love to come back to try more things.
What can I say....just amazing all the way around. All our food was awesome! We will go back when in the city again.
Great atmosphere and very tasty food. Loved the pork cutlet sandwich with dijonaise! Definitely a staple in the Wilmington restaurant scene
Was disappointed that Sauer Braten was only on special menu. Went there for it specifically. However,Weiner Schnitzel a fair replacement. We both enjoyed the pork. The potato pancakes w dill sour cream and apple sauce were outstanding and the pretzel dessert w chocolate dip very desirable. The prices were very reasonable and our waitress (I believe her name was Betsy) was super attentive, accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere due to decorations was very pleasing. Highly recommended.

Disappointed in the reservation system. While there were plenty of seats, we specifically requested a cozy corner but none of their hidden corners spaces were reserved for our arrival. We ended up eating outside.
Pretzels were the best I've had in a while - don't skip them! We shared a pork shzinzle. Purple cabbage was tender, tasty but not traditionally made with vinegar. Spaetzle was traditional, tender and the mushroom gravy came on the side. Would get this again!
Decent beer list. Surprised they did not have all options of gin from local distillery, End of Days.
Atmosphere in the beer garden was relaxed , kid friendly.
Fun bar, great beer list!
Magical
Delicious pretzels, sausage, and beer, combined with a wonderfully inviting atmosphere, provided our family with the perfect dinner last night, leaving us planning our next visit! Cannot recommend enough, and I am excited to try out the Schnitzel Melt next time!!
Great spot. Flounder sandwich was delicious and a large piece of fish. Will definitely go back my next trip to Wilmington!
