Round Bagels and Donuts

Today was my first time trying them out…. And I was not disappointed! The bagels and donuts are BIG and DELICIOUS! the service is excellent, I am pregnant and wanted to try he maple bacon donut, and they made sure I got it! This is my new spot! I 💯 recommend you to try it out if you haven’t yet!

Great place to get a bagel and donut! The line was long but that’s how you know the place is REALLY good. The bagels were so fresh and chewy and my strawberry sprinkle donut was perfect. I ordered a lox bagel and it was great, but there were a lot of capers that made it overly salty. The staff are amazing and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing. No words to describe the environment here. They work tremendously hard to get everyone’s order on time even when it’s packed to the brim. So obsessed with this place. Don’t even get me started on the food WOW HEAVEN ON EARTH. If you haven’t been here before you need to go right now like right this second. Also everyone who works here is SO NICE even when I know there stressed. GIVE EVERYONE A RAISE they deserve it!

The place was busy the young lady taking orders was very pleasant had a smile the whole time taking orders and was very calm. The place got a bit crowded but the staff kept up with the orders. The bagels were fresh and seemed to be made in house. That's a good thing.

I have personally found this establishment to be one of best in the area. The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great coffee shop.

I have lived here for years and I come to this amazing establishment several times a month. It is my favorite breakfast sandwich spot in all of Wilmington, and I haven't found many others that compare in other cities either. The customer service is outstanding, and they always make you feel welcome and remember you. Dennis and his wife have created such a positive environment with good vibes and even greater food. They always get my order right (everything bagel with egg, pepper jack, bacon, and avocado) and their baked goods are incredible! I will always be a loyal customer and will continue to recommend this spot.

owner's rude, proofs in the numerous replies to 1 star reviews, you'd think someone running a business would have more professional ways to go about handling negative reviews online... for everyone to see...

I want to like this place. I give it a chance every few months. The run down is that they are always slammed. If you go in the store, prepare to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich. It’s almost always smokey inside from the bacon and every employee looks like they have been yelled at by a Karen. They are all sweaty, flustered, and are apologetic about long waits. I went during the summer to avoid the college crowd and it was pretty much the same thing. Even if you order online, I would recommend going 30 minutes after your pick up time. People just standing at the counter staring at the employees. No order to the chaos.

Like I said I keep giving them a chance. The employees are trying. They are nice and apologetic. Donuts are decent enough. I think the place could be good they just need to do something to fix the time issues and the craziness in the store.

Whenever I’ve visited, staff has been polite, patient & respectful. Their service has been quick but quality service too. The owner is very generous, kind, calm & nicely soft spoken. In my experience, the Owner & staff have good attitude towards every customer always. Keep it up guys & thank you for everything you do everyday.

Excellent service, staff is very professional & welcoming, ordered Garlic bagel with egg meat and cheese.m with French toast coffee. Very fresh and enjoyed thanks you for your service and delicious bagels 🙏
