We had reservations and were sat promptly. It took at least 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table. Then another 30 minutes to get a drink, all while everyone around us was being served multiple drinks and food during this time. After an hour we finally got our entrees and they were cold. My husband's bourbon sat at the bar so long it was watered down. Terrible experience and it was my birthday. Not coming back.

They were out of two of their beer choices and the chicken was not seasoned. The rice tasted like it was cooked in lemon water. Nowhere in the description of the meal did it say lemon

We were not satisfied with our experience. It took over 20 minutes to receive bar drinks, over 30 minutes to place our dinner order and close to an hour to receive our meals. Our kids received overdone, hard cheeseburger sliders and chicken tenders that were incredibly overcooked and dry. We hate to complain but it was clear that there were issues with both front of house and back of house. Would not recommend.

Atmosphere was terrific, server was delightful, food was definitely overcooked. I ordered the Rumcow burger medium well. It was hard and dry and arugula was wilted. Hubby ordered chicken cornbread sliders and chicken pieces were dark brown and extremely overcooked.

The food was amazing. Vibe was super dope. We had to wait a little longer than I thought we should have with a reservation. Small but nice spot Our waitress did not check on us once, nor they acknowledge my birthday request for my date. Not a good look for the $150 I spent.

We were not seated until 45 minutes after our reservation, and the service was intermittent. Friendly service and the food and drinks were excellent, just seemed like they were understaffed the whole evening and you could definitely feel it.

Appetizers, tuna tacos and brussels were delicious. Dinner was disappointing. Salmon was thin and overcooked. Flank steak was served in chunks, should have been sliced thin. Our server was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Would only go back for apps and cocktails. Best meal was the burger.

We all loved what we got - Chicken & Waffles; Tuna poke tacos; Black bean burger, and the winner was the pork belly tacos, the ingredients don't make sense but boy does it pack a flavor punch!! Food came out hot and yummy. The only disappointment was the brussel sprouts - overcooked, under seasoned and mushy :( Our waitress had the right amount of energy and gave us time to catch up/drink before we ordered. Our drinks were also scrumptious! Nothing better than a well made and balanced cocktail

We Love Rum Cow. We've been many times. The issue last night was the kitchen was understaffed (So the wait person told us), and it took a long time for the food to come out. Add to that the appetizer came out 10 Minutes after the entre, and it takes away from the experience experience. The only other comments are the wine list by the glass is really weak. Only 3 reds & 3 whites (one is a Moscato???). Nice Rum selection!

Small urban setting with great service and excellent food. Staff was super busy as they had two servers call out and attendance was high. Set tempo of the evening at a slower pace, but all the staff chipped in to cross cover and make sure no one was ignored. First time there and will definitely be back. Thanks Ava! You can tell when a place is good, because it is packed with happy patrons. We will definitely be back, and reservations highly recommended.

We (party of five)arrived on time for 7 pm seating, no one ahead, 3 empty tables yet waited 15 min to be seated. Waited 20 minutes to see waiter, who took our drink orders . Drinks arrived 30 minutes later (so now over an hour). Meal, while very good arrived another 30 minutes later. While we were told that our wait was due to an upstairs large party, we noticed that two other parties ( same size & larger) were served drinks/dinner in timely manner😩 Not sure we will go back, a shame because food was good.
