Absolutely fantastic. The shrimp tacos with grit cake and chimichurri sauce were divine! Another patron told us get extra sauce, and he was spot on!! The service was amazing and it was PACKED, and our server was the bar tender BUT WE HAD the most wonderful experience. Wish I knew about this place sooner.

Disappointing experience at this restaurant. The owner confronted our table when we inquired about the delay in our food, responding unprofessionally. Her exact words were, 'You have only been waiting for 50 minutes for your food, should I go yell at my kitchen since we have served over 400 people tonight?' A 50-minute wait felt excessive especially when my food was cold, and the handling of the situation was poorly managed.

The food was very good, but they left off one of the ingredients (pimento cheese) from my chicken sliders, the fries arrived cold and soggy but the cornbread sliders were more than enough food to fill me up. The cocktails we had were all very good, and probably the highlight. Service was slow, but they were completely full the nearly 2 hours we were there. We only had a party of 3, got 1 appetizer and 3 entrees so it was a little disappointing that we had to wait so long for our food. We would have ordered more drinks but the waiter did not come by. There was an incident at a table behind me where the owner or manager got into an argument with the patrons who were angry about the wait. It wasn’t a shouting match, but it was loud enough that we could hear every word in a crowded restaurant. It made an already frustrating wait a very awkward one as we quickly asked for our bill and left. I would tentatively come back during a less busy day and give it a second try

Don't get the meat or the fish. Stick with the vegetarian options--all the others were over done and dry. I had a large party and was able to try/hear about a large selection. The appetizers were really good, though. The service was great for such a large party, really well done. But the noise...the NOISE. I couldn't hear myself talk, let alone my companions. Wouldn't go back.

LOVE RUMCOW! We had family in town and were trying to find a place for dinner (no reservations) after we were told 30 min wait, the owner Jen chased us down the street and said she had an open table for us! Creative food options and everything is delicious.

So we went out 1st time for Valentines day...waitress was off point.. I could go into a long comment but I wont ...when 3 tables got served their entrees and we were there for 1 and 15 minutes... I was done...Spoke with manager owner.. she took off the drinks... but really ruined our Valentines day!! Over priced menu.. and then for 5.00 more we could get 2 appetizers and 2 deserts.. 1 price.. 1 menu... period...Not happy...

Really disappointed across the board. Service was slacking but the girl was nice. Our (2) crab cakes were the size of mini pepperonis. Our main food was warm at best. Way overpriced. As we got there, we watched customers complain while holding the bill...we later found out why. Way overpriced for the service and food. The only good thing was, we got some good laughs over the disappointment. ***To your response*** I'm sorry, but your wording is very misleading...It should say "crab bites". You're correct, most places had set menus and it was to be expected. What also is to be expected is proper pricing for portions. You guys tried but fell short. It is what it is. Things happen. Our service wasn't great. Our food was served warm (at best) and some items were under cooked. Sorry you feel disheartening but we turned the bad experience into some laughs and didn't let that ruin our Valentines night. Instead of getting so defensive, maybe use it as constructive criticism.

We used to come here but stopped because had an underwhelming couple of visits. Decided to try again tonight and it was outstanding! Everything from the cocktail to the appetizer, the entree and the famous rum cake was delicious. Even the service was wonderful, our server AJ was very attentive and sweet! Highly recommend coming here! Definitely get the Vietnamese lettuce wraps and the RumCow burger<33
