We came here for my boyfriend's birthday expecting some good steak and we were blown out of the water. The calamari was so good that we'll never be able to enjoy it anywhere else. The steak melts in your mouth. The drinks were amazing. The staff is very professional. It's very pricey but worth it.

Food was good. Service was lacking sitting outside. I ordered a 8 oz filet and after waiting more than an hour for the main course to come I received the 11 oz. I thought it looked bigger than 8 oz and found out once I got the bill it was the 11 oz. I had to go up and ask for the check after the waitress was no where around. I don’t know if the waitress messed up or the kitchen did because waiting over an hour for your meal after an appetizer is not acceptable. Sit inside for better service.

Went for dinner to Christmas Eve sat at the bar, everything was great! Henry and Tyler were amazing I will say though at one point one of the bartenders older guy yelled at the host in front of everyone that she was taking money out of his Pocket so that was super unprofessional, but other then that it was a good experience.

I tried to park in a parking spot reserved for Ruth’s Chris customers, and was yelled at by a valet. Then the other valet threw a traffic cone at my car, scuffing the paint by my windshield. Stay away from these animals.
Parking is a nightmare. Dinner for 2 unnecessarily took 2+ hrs. Steak was overcooked. Salmon was smothered in sauce. The shrimp was clearly from a box. Time spent waiting for food & drink was RIDICULOUS! Grateful we had a gift card that covered most of the bill because spending $10 of our money was about all it was worth. Find anywhere else to go but here.

I took my son for his Birthday (12/9) to lunch. We had 2 appetizers, Soup (Lobster Bisque & French Onion) which was good and Spicy Srimp which was excellent. My son ordered a NY Strip which was excellent. I ordered their Burger and it was very disappointing. I would have enjoyed a Burger from a fast food place more than I did this Burger for $22. It was dry, tasteless and not pleasant to eat. It was one of the worst burgers I have eaten. Sad for a place that is well known for its menu.

My son (now 17) & I go once a year, to dine, then on to see The Nutcracker Ballet at the Wilson Center. It is such a treat & delight every year! The food is always amazing, our waiters & waitresses are a pleasure, and the atmosphere is magical. Our annual date night is coming up this weekend & we are very much looking forward to it, as always! Thank you all for the memories that will last a lifetime!

I chose to spend my Thanksgiving at Ruth’s Chris this evening and I am glad I did. Though I dined alone, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the service was excellent. My server was Michael.
The red wine I ordered, Antinori ‘il bruciato’ paired amazing with my perfectly cooked Ribeye.
