I just had a great filet mignon at Ruth's.....BUT, I paid $21 for 9ozs of malbec from a bottle of wine that costs $15.99/bottle! OUTRAGEOUS!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!

Very expensive and the food was mediocre. Six people for Easter lunch; 2 apps, 3 adult beverages, 1 desert, $650 with tip. We had 6 steaks and 4 of them were not cooked to order. They still tasted good but for this kind of money, I expect the steaks to be prepared perfectly. My in-laws had steak and eggs (eggs in a hole actually) . One of the dishes had pretty runny yokes while the other eggs were over hard. When mentioned to our waitress, she said that Ruth's Chris was a steakhouse so the cooks probably weren't used to making eggs. IMHO, they should learn how to cook eggs before putting egg dishes on the menu. Their new venue is great, and the staff was nice, but for that kind of money, I won't be back nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Hands down the best Ruth Chris. The staff was like Disney they were so friendly and trained! The food was fantastic and the inside and outside atmosphere were fantastic! Can’t wait to go back! We also had three children with us and they could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to the kids!

We had a great meal, the staff was attentive, the food was great, the local chef features were amazing. The staff handled a table that complained about everything very well, i was impressed with their composure! Will come back again.Parking: Great valet option!

Best service and overall experience I've had in Wilmington! I'm here vacationing and ordinarily would never patronize a chain but after supporting four of the top rated local restaurants; this was the best!! Food and service were fantastic; even better than RC's in much larger markets!! Brava!!

We have come here for Easter the past two years and for whatever reason the food wasn't as good. My husband had chicken and biscuits the chicken was overly dry. My blueberry pancakes had a bitter taste. And to be honest we noticed two different parties complaining about their meals.

Such a wonderful time! Everyone from the valet, the hostesses, and our servers were amazing! We have had Michael as our server before and he is always great! The meal, of course, was amazing. Thanks for a fantastic Easter brunch!

It took almost 2 hrs to eat and it was only my husband and I. For the price I expect outstanding service and that is not what we received. Our server was nice but food took forever and not properly spaced to come out. It was cold in their “temperature controlled patio”. Most people were wearing jackets and no one thought to “turn the heat on”. Sun was shining in our eyes for most of our LONG supper. With the amount of money charged you would think they could afford a sun shade to keep their guests comfortable.

Mediocre, overpriced and overrated national chain. Save your money for a real local place.

My 15 year old daughter went to this restaurant in her prom dress before her dance last night. The waiter spilled the banana flambee dessert onto her dress. Though it did not ruin her evening, it ruined her dress. As a mom who spent a ton of money on that gown, I am particularly upset. Beware the waiters if you like your expensive dress.

The staff were all very courteous. Leah was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal. She refused to allow either of our glasses to go empty and she never over crowded us. The food was good, but the ribeye was a disappointing. It is fine to cook a steak in butter, but not to serve it in butter. My wife had creamed spinach and lobster tails that were amazing. We had calmari as an appetizer and it was unbelievable how tender it was, easily the best calamari I have had from around the world. The dessert was visually appealing, but disappointing in flavor. I had the apple crumb. The apples were under cooked, and needed cinnamon and brown sugar desperately. The topping of the creme brulee that my wife had tasted more burnt than sweet. All in all, a great experience. The parking garage had plenty of parking, and the valets were nice as well. We thought it was odd that the managers checked with every table around us, but not us.

Most amazing service and food I've had in a very long time. The chef David even came out and greeted and was astronomically proud of the meal he prepared. I stand behind him and say it was the best!

Ruth Chris has redeemed himself… Service and food kind of fell off a few years ago when they were in the old location but I’ve given them a try since they’ve moved to the new location and not only is the location absolutely beautiful the service and food is back on par to where it should be. Now I’m happy to come back every couple of months for an excellent dinner and excellent service.
