The entrees that we had at our table were good - but the seating is crowded and the place is dated. They have daily lunch specials of things that aren't normally on the menu, so that's fun. It's really an ok place to go, but not outstanding. The banana pudding is quite good.
Though I worked in Wilmington for several years, commuting from Myrtle Beach, I didn’t discover Ruth’s until today when a couple of locals took me for breakfast . Absolutely great food, quick out of the kitchen. Our waitress bantered with me and that was the icing on the cake. But, she also shared diet specific dishes for one of my companions with gluten restrictions. If you are a homecooking kind of human…you must try Ruth’s!!!
Their chicken and pastry on Wednesday's is a definite choose. Banana pudding is made with banana pudding(most I've had has been with vanilla), some bananas and lots of vanilla wafers❤️
Staff was quick and friendly.
Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked so good we will definitely be back.
