First things first Salita makes a delicious pizza, they have a lot of really interesting and unique pizza options and fun flavor combinations to try.Their pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven and that flavor can't be beat. They are located in the middle of the cargo district and you order from their take out window. They do not have an designated seating but there are lots of options of where to sit in the area. The pizza came out pretty quickly considering it is made fresh and took around 15 minutes. The only reason they are not receiving 5 stars from me is the price, it is a little steep. All of the pizzas from my knowledge are about 10" and the prices vary from $18-20 (except for the margarita pizza which is $13) per pizza. Whether or not the price is worth it is up to you, but I certainly think they are worth giving a shot because they are some excellently crafted pizzas.

Convenient walk-up pizza spot in the Cargo District. Worth the wait (wasn't even too long), worth the pizza. Pizza cooked to perfection and pepperoni was 10/10. The Calabrian chili and its chili oil made it even more bomb. One of the better eats in the cargo district. Would highly recommend.

The pizzas are good but they are SO tiny, only 4 little slices for around $20 each. Just not worth

Had a wonderful experience dining at Salitas! Amazing wood oven pizza and great service! We had the bomba, mushroom, and burrata with a salad all incredible. Arguably one of the best pizza and bagel places in NC. Highly recommend if you are around Wilmington in the Cargo district!!

As a visiting foodie, this place was wonderful. The area with all the shipping containers was cute and fun to walk through all the shops. Salita included. We went for dinner on Friday and came back for breakfast on Sunday. The pizza is delicious wood fired and delicious perfectly charred. The flavor is insane. We had the mushroom, burrata, and bomba. No complaints about any of them. They all were uniquely flavorful and delicious. Not a piece was left. I’m not one to rave about a salad, but the burrata and kale salad was delightful. All the flavors matched together perfectly, I even asked if I could buy the dressing by the bottle.Breakfast was no different, I had a parmesan bagel with bacon, egg & cheese. The bagel was amazing!! Perfectly cooked with a crunchy top.Overall, you can truly tell that all of their ingredients are fresh and all the flavors were thought out into making all these delicious options. It may seem expensive, but they are the first place on this trip that did NOT ask for a tip, which makes me think the employees are cared for and that was also a thoughtful decision.

Literally our favorite pizza joint ever. SO GOOD and the spot is awesome. If you're willing to wait 30 minutes, this pizza is absolute heaven. Worth it for us. Such a fun spot to eat too. The cargo district is so unique. Really excited to see how Salitas grows. Hoping y'all get your own whole container one day!!

Jim makes the best pizza in town! We love to order online, pick it up and walk across the street to enjoy it on the patio at The Starling. It’s a perfect pairing!

I wish Salita Pizza were open every day. That is literally my only possible complaint, is that I am unable to enjoy the results of their kitchen throughout the week. I would go there every day if I could. Maybe one day they'll be open every day, and then I can achieve true nirvana.Okay, but seriously. Everything here is good. The pizza, incredible, but do not sleep on the bialys, bagels, garlic rolls, calzones, soups, and more! Their daily specials are insanely good. The chef so clearly loves his craft, and it shows in every bite, made with high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. I also love their no tipping policy—it's great to know that they pay their people right! If you eat nowhere else in Wilmington, eat here!

This is a long time coming, I’ve eaten here so many times and every time is delicious. I got the Burrata pizza most recently and it exploded with flavor, the crust is so good - crispy out and chewy inside. Their bagels are delicious alone or as sandwich. Their ice cream literally makes me dance. I take all of my friends and family here. Check it out if you haven’t, and go again! These folks put so much thought into the flavor combinations and the preparation of the food. it’s my favorite pizza in town without a doubt. Oh, and everyone there is so nice on top of it all :)
