This is my new go to for chili slaw dogs. I have been looking for a good one for sometime. Ive been craving one my whole pregnancy. It's been about 9 months and today I finally found it. They also have awesome fries and sweet tea. The lady behind the counter is super sweet. Major plus that they have a drive thru. The dining area is very clean, so are the restrooms. My husband and I will definitely be back soon.
Update: my husband and I have been here now a hand full of times. It is still awesome with awesome service. We always end up in conversation with the lady behind the counter. They have the best chili slaw dogs, fries and tea around. Everything is seasoned perfect and the perfect temperature. You can't bet. The prices either!

Sam’s Hot Dog Stand, whether you hit up the location in Wilmington or on Leander Drive, you’re in for a treat. Their hot dogs are on a whole other level, especially when topped with their signature spicy chili (though the regular chili is great too!). That spicy kick? Total game changer.
