We sat at a table for 10 minutes, a bartender finally asked us from the bar if we were ready to order and we said yes.. and then she didn’t come over for another 5+ minutes so we decided to just go up to the side of the bar to order to make it easier. We waited for another 5-7 minutes and another bartender came out of the back and asked who was next to order. The first bartender pointed to us, and then he chose to ignore us and went to another couple at the bar to take their order instead… who came in while we were already waiting at the bar to order. 🙃 At that point we gave up and left to find a bar who would actually serve us lol. Reading reviews, I’m realizing this is sadly normal. Oh well.
Loved it when I went before they got rid of their fries. That is a HUGE bummer for them

Make sure to check multiple sources to ensure that they are open. Planned to meet some friends after checking social media and calling and listening to the recording that they were open. Arrive to be told inside was closed and I was welcome to sit outside for a drink. This was the second attempt, first one the week prior told they were open and completely closed. Vibe on the inside what few minutes I was there is not as plush as the pictures suggest.

We don’t have any food but just to know if you wanted to eat lite (only French Fries) and get something to drink this spot is the place to good.
I had the Coconut Dragonfruit Mojitos 4/10 it need more rum. My wife had a margarita with Casamigo Blanco this was 10/10 just the way we like strong but not over powering.
We also had two shoots for the Crown Royal Blackberry 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was exceptional on the day I went. The frys were great (we tried all three sauces) very impressed with three drinks. Prices reflect being on the Riverwalk, the view was incredible at sunset. But biggest impression was made by the staff. They took care of us, and this is minor but really worked together to make sure we were taken care of. Our first time but I'll certainly be back.

Very cool atmosphere and location. However the service and location left much to be desired. First, the French fries were advertised as the best fries in North Carolina however, they were soggy and bland, and the sauces were not that good. The drinks only ok and they used low quality alcohol like Evan Williams. The service was also slow so if you come in with a large party, it will take a very long time for them to get everyone's drinks made.
