I’ve owned restaurants for years, Savorez is a gem like no other. Small, quaint, hermosa.Food is gorgeous, the service is solid, the experience is perfect if you LOVE food and don’t appreciate a tourist trap.

Savorez takes a relatively small location and packs as much flavor into it as possible. In my humble opinion, they have the best empanadas in Wilmington. Their daily specials offer such unique and exciting options that it's hard for me not to want to eat there every day. Being that its a smaller restaurant, I recommend taking advantage of the fact they remain open throughout the day. A lot of comparable restaurants are closed between lunch and dinner and Savorez is one of the best spots in town to go to for a tasty afternoon meal!

Another excellent, delicious meal at Savorez in WLM on Chestnut. We go to Savorez when we come to WLM (monthly) as it is always creative, locally sourced beautiful and yummy food. The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the food. The prices are reasonable to the quality and amount of food that is served. The place is popular during normal busy times, but the wait is worth it! Other off peak time there is no waiting. We think this is a must-try restaurant in WLM, NC.

One of the best restaurants in Wilmington hands down. The first time we ate lunch here we came back 3 times in the same week! We come in for lunch every week or two now. Everything is fresh and the way all of the flavors blend is absolutely amazing.

Wow, wow, and wow! Amazingly fresh food with wonderful recommendations from our waiter Steven. We chose the 3 specials: Ceviche, grouper and mahi-mahi. Beautifully presented and we finished every bite. I am celiac and ate here with 0 issues. Fantastic O.G margaritas. HIGHLY recommend 👌

Giving Savorez 5 stars means I need to go lower every rating I’ve ever given. The food was such a standout. So many incredible flavors in a single dish, but they didn’t compete or overwhelm. Everything worked together like an orchestra.
I had a blackened fish special with sweet potato pork belly hash that defies description. I’m sad that it won’t be here when you come.
But we also had the ancho con carne, from the regular menu, and it was just as special. Glorious char flavor, the ancho sauce might be the best base for a red meat I’ve ever had, and the arepa foundation was a great add.
I’ve been to many outstanding places (Michelin, James Beard, etc.) and this meal was easily in my top ten. But also very unpretentious. Seriously - come have dinner here.

Excellent! Best Empanada I've had...and I have been to every South American country except Brazil, Venezuela and the tiny ones in the NE.

Absolutely amazing food, service, and vibe at Savorez.
We got one of the yummiest Black beans soup we have ever had (not pictured), the beef steak, the blackened tuna, and the chocolate mousse. Every single dish deserved top rating 10/10. Absolutely fenomenal and beatiful place.

We went to Savorez based on excellent reviews and were not disappointed. The food was great. We ordered shrimps and grits, flounder in quinoa crust and panna cottage. All dishes were very tasty and well presented. The place is small and fills up quickly.

Great restaurant. Definitely would not call this a Venezuelan food place, although they have some plates. There is definitely a different take on arepas. Friendly staff, and great food.

Savorez is fantastic and setting the bar for Wilmington’s up and coming food scene. The service was impeccable - Stephen was engaged, very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was beautiful, visually and on the palate. We had the lobster ceviche, caliente tuna, scallops on pork belly sweet potato hash…all incredible. We don’t usually do dessert but tried the passion fruit crème brûlée which was excellent.
