We were visiting in the area and sawmill was recommended for us to try.
Sadly it was not a good experience.
The food was cold, the server was not friendly and it felt like we were an inconvenience.
It was not busy - we got a table right away.
The pricing was fair.
The omelette we got was paper thin and not good.
The pancake received was flat / not fluffy.
The hollandaise sauce was watery.
Maybe it was on off day for the cook and the server but we will not return should we visit again.

Never got to order there was a lady with a dog she was dragging the dog. Told sawmill that it was a service dog never saw a support dog being dragged we left

Heard many good things about this restaurant. It was pretty full when we stopped by on a Sunday morning. We both ordered biscuits and gravy. Gravy was bland but everything else was good. Service was great. I’ll try something else next time we visit!

I had the shrimp wrap. It tasted okay. The shrimp were very small. There was more lettuce and sauce than anything else. The waitress didn't seem to have much faith in the food.

We come to Sawmill regularly and every time the service is wonderful and the food is consistent. A great spot for breakfast. My favorite is the fried catfish platter. They have great pancakes as well. Thank you for always taking care of us.

Arrived at 4:30 on a Monday for an early dinner and the place was packed but only two servers on site. The servers were great but it took over an hour for our food to arrive.

We always love this diner. My country style steak, mashed potatoes and fried okra hit the spot! With sweet tea, of course! Yum.
