Ordered an ice coffee, took a sip and it was sour, I kindly asked it I could swap it out for something else and got an attitude and told that they “couldn’t” do that and to order something else next time by the so called manager (L.A.)…. I have contacted corporate regarding their customer service and will NOT recommend this place to anyone ! If you can’t swap out sour coffee then give me my $ back! TERRIBLE customer service and it was my first time there !

I just wanted some iced coffee but the lady said the choice was cold brew or latte etc. I think they should have some simple good ol coffee on the menu. I got cold brew with cream and sugar and it’s eh at best and was $6 and I still ended up with this weird layered drink. The 3 pack of mini donuts taste like knock off hostess and leave a weird film in your mouth, I tried one and it was no go.

The customer service was great though! The girl working was sweet as can be and said “scoot on around” which I thought was cute.

I would definitely suggest the menu have some basics too.

Terrible experience. Staff … girl named LA was Extremely rude during ordering and heard her yelling at staff inside. No one deserves to be treated like that. Staff or customers. Good luck if you go there.

We thought we would try something new while in the area; Wilmington North Carolina. worst coffee ever! I got a hot white mocha and caramel latte and my friend got an iced coffee. they were both terrible and tasted watered down. reminded me of gas station coffee but more expensive.

I visited this location on the morning of May 10. I’m only writing this review now because I had initially contacted Scooter’s corporate office in hopes of receiving a response regarding my experience—but unfortunately, I never heard back. Since I did not receive any acknowledgment, I’ve resorted to leaving this review here.

That morning, I placed a mobile order through the app for three breakfast sandwiches (ordered without meat) and some pastries. The app clearly gives you the option to order sandwiches without meat—it’s not a custom or special request, just a standard selection.

As I waited at the drive-through window for my order, I overheard the employee (a young woman wearing a black hoodie and large black sunglasses) complaining to her coworker. She said she was “sick of people ordering sandwiches without meat on them” and “sick of taking this crap off the sandwiches.”

I can only assume the sandwiches come pre-made with meat and have to be adjusted by staff, which I completely understand might be a mild inconvenience—but that’s part of the job, and it’s something the app clearly allows customers to do. What was upsetting was the fact that she was openly and rudely venting about it while I was sitting right there in the car, as if I couldn’t hear her or she simply didn’t care.

It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a paying customer. I sincerely hope that corporate received my initial feedback and has since addressed this issue with the employee so that no one else has to experience this kind of treatment. I was hoping to hear back from them directly, but since I didn’t, I felt it was important to share my experience here.

Terrible. Upsold me to a large just for a bunch of foam in my cup. There was no cinnamon powder on this cinnamon cold brew. I am honestly very under impressed. Would not recommend or waste my money here again. I have only taken 2 sips of this monstrosity.

Ordered an Oreo blender with no espresso and drove up to the window to two girls laughing at us and said “I’m not sure why you ordered an Oreo milkshake when you can get it anywhere else cheaper.” I was baffled at how rude the staff is here, as I have never been ridiculed for my order ever in any establishment. Won’t be back.
