This sweet little girl was staring in the window for more than 20 minutes while the young lady prepared to open.... I was drinking coffee and truly had no plan to buy a cupcake... But how do you tell this sweet face no ? We walked up to the door at 8:57... The young lady came to the door and said we'll be open in 20 minutes... Though the door said 9 AM... I said well the door says 9 AM he said or whatever time that is, we waited till 901 she still had not come to unlock the door.... While this sweet face stared in at her.... What has the world come to? Where is the customer service training? I think this young lady should perhaps go work somewhere where she doesn't have to come into contact with people.... Because based on my assessment, people isn't her strong suit!
I'm truly displeased and disheartened at how this played out this morning!
She watched us walk away... And had an opportunity to even run to the door and save it..., But she didn't care enough!!!
I don't blame the business..... For certain there was no business owner on site ....Although I would hold higher standards for employees....
I would call it sinful service...sinful heart.... Or lack there of

I’m on the other side of the coast and put in a delivery order for a friend. The online order process and checkout was very easy. I had to call the business the next business day due to putting the order in after hours and she was so kind and professional!
The delivery was quick and my friend loves the vegan cupcakes they offer. Absolutely will order again!

Located in the cargo district very easy to find free parking plenty of flavors to choose from and the flavors are absolutely delicious. We share them with our whole family and just ate about the whole half dozen reasonably priced. We will absolutely be back again such a cute atmosphere you can tell she puts love into what she bakes. The flavors are just so perfect. You can mix and match so we could do all the same this time we mix so much and just tried a bunch of different ones. The pecan one was so good along with the vanilla one and the chocolate one. 10/10 recommend.
