I want to say I had a situation happen here and the GM reached out to me which I was surprising These days customer service has gone down hill since covid so when a GM reached out to me to fix a situation and actuals takes action to make changes I can truly appreciate that.

Been eating at smithfields for most of my life. I can honestly say the past year it has been getting worse and worse. Got lunch today fries were soggy and cold. Disappointing to watch a good restaurant go down hill so fast.

Place was great, BBQ was bland though.

Does have a changing table in the men's restroom so that's a plus!

Let me be perfectly CLEAR , I went 45 minutes before closing the place looked closed I drove around to see if anyone was inside I noticed someone on their cell phone on the counter. My order was taken and service was quick less than 5 minutes

When I started back home on market street I started eating the hush puppies which was Luke warm not as hot of what I had before, the chicken was cold when I got home the chicken was reheated up

The server was very respectful but the food wasn't what I'm used to from Smithfield's

Waited in line inside for a 5 minutes or so before deciding to leave. Would rather save money and not eat then stand at the register waiting for an order that will never be taken.

Service was quick, effient and friendly. Have made a couple of trips here. I'm disappointed they don't have ribs, and I'm almost sure the pulled pork is an outside product. The fried chicken may be the best thing available. Hot, fresh, nicely seasoned with shoe string fries is probably the best thing on the menu. I, however will never order the shrimp. It looked as if someone fried the leftover scraps and but them in my container. Very disappointing.
