I have been a loyal customer for years but this will be my last time eating here. The guy taking our order was so lazy he couldn't even place my change anywhere near my hand, he acted like he didn't even want to be there, he kept looking at the door behind the counter smiling at someone completely ignoring us. The food was bland we never were asked if we needed refill. Just a horrible atmosphere...must be under new terrible management or it's one of those cases to where when the cat is away the mice will play. Very disappointed.

Mr. Hampton was awesome! Great customer service and excellent food! Geo was great also when taking our order.

I waiting over 10 minutes for my order to be taken inside. The cashier in saw me multiple times. The only reason my order was taken is because in the person in front of me walked out. He said he waited over 15 mins before he left. The food is always good, but this location needs to work on customer service….

X4 of us Came to this location tonight after work(healthcare) at 10pm tonight. The cashier asked us if we were all paying separate and we said yes and she said “goddamit” then we were told we could not eat inside even though they are open till 11pm because they had already swept for the night. What’s the point in being open until 11pm on the inside if you can’t even sit inside and eat?

The service is good, but when someone asks for something on the side not included in the plate and they pay full price for it, they should honor that and not place it on the plate!!! This has happened many of times, and is truly unacceptable.

In the last 4 months, I had ordered the wing snack that I really like, but the chicken seemed it was cooked in old grease and cooked dark brown. Normally the chicken is light color, fresh and very crispy.
I have tried it 3 times, it was around 3 o'clock each time.
I'm sorry, but it just isn't the same anymore.
The BBQ was delicious as that is what my husband ordered.
I just don't know what happened but I couldn't finish the chicken.
I also noticed there were new employees, maybe they are learning.
