Waited in line inside for a 5 minutes or so before deciding to leave. Would rather save money and not eat then stand at the register waiting for an order that will never be taken.

Service was quick, effient and friendly. Have made a couple of trips here. I'm disappointed they don't have ribs, and I'm almost sure the pulled pork is an outside product. The fried chicken may be the best thing available. Hot, fresh, nicely seasoned with shoe string fries is probably the best thing on the menu. I, however will never order the shrimp. It looked as if someone fried the leftover scraps and but them in my container. Very disappointing.

I eat at Smithfields several times a week but I will never go into this one again. The other night I stopped by about 9 p.m. and after ordering and sitting, I waited as my food got cold sitting behind the counter. The manager was kind, acknowleged that there was a problem, and refunded my money. Today I went in for lunch and requested no salt on my fries. I never mind waiting, however, my request must have offended the guy in the white shirt making the sandwiches and fries because though my fries had little to no salt, the salt in my sandwich was unusual and unbearable. Seems like he's spiteful and very unhappy in his job. The other Smithfield are very kind and don't seem to mind such a small request. Won't be back to this restaurant.

The front staff are always friendly and southernly nice. Their gesture makes me want to eat more at the place. I really enjoy my food here.
