Amazing dine-in experience! Thank you to the workers for being so lovely and generous to myself, my husband and grandmother. It was very clean and nice inside. Beautiful Christmas tree. The older gentleman who helped us today brought out our food very quickly and even gave out some cookies. Even better, a kind stranger had paid for our meal which was a pleasant surprise (thank you Santa 🎅).

When you need a barbecue fix without all the smokiness, this is the place to go. The fried chicken is just as good as the real barbecue and hushouppies is my favorite side. This place gets a ton of takeout orders, especially at the holidays, because the portions are big and worth the money. Excellent iced tea as qell.

I can’t believe drive thru bbq hits so good! They are really selling me on North Carolina bbq.

Not my favorite location, they don’t add enough vinegar to the BBQ or enough mustard to the potato salad

The entire staff today was absolutely kind and accommodating. Unfortunately my family had to go to a funeral today and this Smithfield’s got us our entire order for our family so quickly and we’re so kind due to the circumstances. Love this Smithfield’s and the staff is 5 out of 5 stars.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!

I placed a pickup order online through the SMITHFIELD’S WEBSITE at 9:34pm . Apparently it was placed through DoorDash, a third party. When I went to pick up my order I was told the order never went through because they stop taking online orders at 9:30pm & that I had to place it again even though I had already paid. When I showed them my receipt they told me I still have to PAY A SECOND TIME and contact DoorDash to get my money back. Well DoorDash gave me Smithfield’s phone number and said to contact THEM if there were any problems. I called and was told to contact DoorDash again. There is no way to contact DoorDash directly about this issue.

WHERE DID MY MONEY EVEN GO?!

MY ORDER WAS NOT WORTH $22 LET ALONE $44!!! Even worse the food was cold! A complete nightmare experience!

You’re better off going to Zaxby’s.

I really love this location. The staff is wonderful. The food is always really good. Always fresh. We eat here once a week minimum. And we have never had a bad experience. The manager guy is super nice. I love how engaged he is with the customers. Having a child with Autism its also very nice to see them hiring those with some disabilities. I just really love this store and how its run and managed..

Awesome place! Lots to choose from the menu. Staff is friendly and helpful! Food comes out quickly and hot and delicious. Restaurant is clean through out. BBQ is good as well as the fried chicken and the Brunswick Stew is a must have! Cole slaw is really good too. Seating is comfortable and plenty of table's in dining room. Enjoyed lunch with my friends and they loved everything! We left feeling joyful!
