Not open at 8 am on Tuesday
Who has time to write reviews, unless a place is really great, or TERRIBLE. Always slow customer service. Sometimes they don’t even say anything when we pull up to the intercom. Rarely get the order right, but always ask for that tip. This neighborhood needs a competitor, would be easy to take market share from this dumpster fire.

Place is never opened as advertised. I just pulled up at 10:48am Sunday September 15th 2024… it says they’re supposed to be open at 10am. Doors are locked and lights are off. Avoid this location at all costs!

I never write reviews of chain restaurants, but I felt the need to because the girl who I assume was the manager or shift lead was so nice to the girls she was working with that it almost healed my PTSD from working in restaurants with horrible managers and shift leads. We need more of that positive energy. I’m literally writing this in the parking lot two minutes after getting my drink because it was obvious what a sweetheart she is.

Usually love coming here. Smoothies always taste good (I usually get Angel Food, Angel Food Slim, or Caribbean Way). Went to use my app today, but it was down so that was unfortunate (I know that’s no fault of the store specifically). I decided to still order, but at the bottom of my smoothie I sucked up pieces of plastic! Can only imagine what it came from, and how many things it’s touched before going inside my mouth ):

I ordered 2 smoothies on their app. My card was charged $22. When we got there the location was closed due to ac issues… WTH I would like a refund! If one of locations is having g to close early then fix it on your app!! So you’re not charging people for food thats not being made! Pretty disappointed! Would really like my money back!
Slow service when using drive through. No one acknowledged me for 5 minutes then another 10 minutes for my order. The speaker service is lousy. Employees are rude. This used to be a place for quick friendly service. I don't know what's going on but don't forsee this business staying open if service doesn't improve. If the owner cares some improvements are greatly needed.

Came here today and ordered ahead through the mobile app. We have now been sitting at the drive thru window for 20 minutes and not a single person has checked on us nor given us our order. When someone finally opened the window, a woman with dark hair and tattoos said “Did you place an order?” in a condescending and rude tone. We told her that we again had a mobile order, as we had already told the guy in the drive thru speaker, and she proceeded to go grab the smoothies that were just sitting there. There is no point in having a mobile app to order ahead when it takes over 20 minutes to receive 2 smoothies when there was maybe one or two people in the store.
