I walked into the closed off kitchen and there was roaches everywhere where and absolutely disgusting. Grease build up like you wouldn’t believe. Additionally they refuse to mail a check

The red head that took and brought out our order was clearly not familiar with the menu and was trying to over change us for items that were supposed to be included. She was super unprofessional towards us when we tried to ask about the additional charges ($6 dollars more).

The food has been very dry and often overcooked lately. Tots and fries hard. Burger patties dried up and hard to chew. Toppings very sloppy, making buns soggy. Service is always top notch and friendly. Stalls could use some help. Poles are bent, narrowing parking spaces. Some screens aren't working. Tables out front are often very dirty with stuff caked on them.

It's sonic, drive up, use the app. Eat or go home... their smash burger are awesome 👌, wish they weren't 12 bucks. Only gripe I have is all the ads and promos I see ALL OVER my ads don't accept their national deals.. never works. I've made so many trips just to find out it's not available.

ANOTHER UPDATE: This place just gets worse and worse. I got the bacon cheese burger on Texas toast. 2 crumbs of bacon that were burnt. These people just don't care. Don't order anything with bacon.
UPDATE: Ordered 3 bacon cheese burgers and they each only had 2 small pieces of bacon. Definitely going to have to find somewhere else to eat.
2020 One of the burgers was dry. No mayo. No mustard. Still not bad. However the worst part was watching the cook with long and I mean long green nails scratching her head. And I mean seriously scratching like she had l had lice or something. Totally grossed us out.

DON'T EAT AT SONIC TODAY I GOT A sonic double bacon cheeseburger. If you can see the little bacon they put on there and it was burnt and the tater tots was hard as a brick. You will never get what you paid for there. But they want to charge you all that money for nothing. I would never eat there again. I have pictures smfh.
