I have never had worse service, ignored over and over again and was just given sass. I left because I was so mad, will not be coming back.
I frequent here sometimes mostly for beverages but usually the food is good and hot cooked to order, unfortunately not three days ago it was cold and I didn't bother eating it until we were home to heat it. The kids however could eat it no problems......4 and 18 months.

Monkeys don’t know what they are doing, ordered 3x things of mozzarella sticks and I get home and there is no marinara sauce? Get the employees helmets and clean the glass from them licking the window

This was a to go order. The customer service was great. Easy to order. My order was correct. Now for the food. I went just for the smash burger. It was $24 37 plus a $2 tip. The burger was just like a regular burger. Nothing special. I'm assuming it wasn't cooked correctly. The fries looked like they had been reheated a few times. The food was definitely not worth the money.

There is a reason we don't frequent Sonic at all.... we were reminded last night when we were in the mood for some frozen snacks. We ordered a Reeces Blast and Caramel Ice cream. The blast literally had no reece pieces in it. Nothing but vanilla ice cream. The ice cream cup that had caramel had hardly caramel, and our French Vanilla Ice coffee literally tasted watered down. We spent almost $20 for nothing. Hate we figured it all out when we were already home or we would have sent it back.
Previous times were just as bad with their regular lunch/dinner menu items. Nothing is ever made correctly, or its made super sloppy. Please take a little bit more pride in your menu items and delivery of it.

We stopped by here after my husband picked me up from a late flight into Wilmington Friday, Jan 31. We arrived at Sonic a few minutes before closing time. Our server was extremely nice and even stated our meal was prepared fresh. We arrived home to find out it was not so!! Pics show it all! Had 1 piece of bacon on my Bacon Smash double burger along with 1 pickle. The footlong coney only had a dab of chili in the middle. That cook needs more training or put as a car hop!!!!

Forgot why we haven’t been here in awhile but I remember now. Hard overcooked thin fries. Bread was rough. Half a slice of cheese on cheeseburger. The sonic cookie dough blast was good but could’ve cleaned the sticky crap on outside of cup before giving it to a customer.

I used to be an employee. I've changed my rating because I'm no longer afraid of losing my job over being honest. The general manager, Markus, was married to the manager, Christy. They worked with their child and clearly favored him. Christy is super temperamental and expects other employees to do extra work so she can do less. I worked there for about 5 months and the entire time I think I was allowed MAYBE 5 breaks. All within the same month because labor rate was too high and they just needed people clocked out for 30 minutes to lower the rates. Car hops are only paid $5 an hour and are not allowed to advertise in ANY way that we rely on tips to make our paycheck. And a majority of the customers don't know that we only get paid $5 an hour, I know this because I had SO SO SOOOOO many customers ask if they were allowed to tip and I explained because I'm not a liar. Markus, the general manager encourages us to use the BARE MINIMUM amount of candy and flavoring in shakes and blasts even though the ice scream is damn near $5 each no matter the size. He also advertises it as a great first job but it's very fast paced and it's like being thrown to the wolves.
The kitchen is constantly caked in grease and grime, the ice machine had never been cleaned the entire time I worked there and I've had other employees who have worked there for years say they can't remember a single time it was cleaned either. The ice cream machines are never broken down and cleaned the way they should be. Slushy machines have never been cleaned either.
Parking: A majority of the stalls are broken or closed off due to the lack of staff and lack of care to fix the broken stalls.

Couldn't order online or in person. All spots were blocked except 4 & no one ever moved.
How is this place even still open? Seriously. I pulled into stall 4 and when I was ready I rolled my window down and pressed the red button for service. Screen said “red button selected we’ll be with you soon” as they proceed to take orders for two vehicles that pulled in after me, including a white suv that pulled into stall 3 after the gray sedan left.
I’ll just go elsewhere from now on if I’m craving mozzarella sticks. I shouldn’t be waiting 10 plus minutes for service.

ordered 2 drinks, wrong drinks, bad attitude, way over 4 minutes with sonic’s strive to be “out the door in under 4” especially an express order. That’s crazy.
