Simply asked for some ketchup with my order, response I got was "IN THE BAG" well no ketchup in the bag so we pushed the button and asked for some ketchup 21 minutes later we still have no ketchup and I'm throwing my cold French fries away because I am not allowed ketchup at sonic in Wilmington on market street and now I have to go back to work still hungry! So if you want ketchup don't come here but if you want smart attitude when u ask for ketchup this is your place

All of our food was served ice cold and the outside of our cups smelled like throw up. Someone definitely didn’t wash their hands.

Great good, fast service. Took my mom there so she could get hot dogs and the portion was huge. Good value in the price for the amount of food she received. Atmosphere not bad- just pulled into two spots that had “out of order” machines. Really.. a very minor detail. No complaints. Definitely try their hot dogs if you go!!Kid-friendliness: Food server was super nice. Felt bad because it was drizzling when we went. I’ll be more mindful next time and not go when it’s raining.

The staff are all very rude and the management is subpar. When I went to complain about the rude staff, the manager was just as bad if not worse. My family and I will not be coming back, and I advise others to do the same—avoid this location if you can help it.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would’ve 110% chosen that instead. To even give a one star is quite generous on my part. This establishment is truly a waste of space, time, and food. The staff are completely rude to not only their customers, but employees as well. The food service is disgusting, their hotdogs taste like they gridded up horse manure and cow dung slapped onto a bun and called it a day. And don’t even get me started on the hygiene of this place. The supervisors and managers are a disgrace to call service workers. This place is a mockery of what the true beauty and art of SONICs really is.
