My wife ani recently moved to Wilmington. We have been looking at various places to eat and I saw a write up on Soulfil Twist. Yesterday we decided to locate them and found them at their home location. We stopped and spoke with Leon and found that he and Pat owned the food trailer. Leon told us where they would be serving today.We got there early and were in no way disappointed we have had fried okra all over the south including “family “ I will tell you, her breading, is superb not only for the okra but her shrimp. You want to put Soulful Twist on your list of places to eat in Wilmington. 5 stars definitely!!

my husband and I are setup at the riverfront holiday market and just had the wings and I had the fried porkchop sandwich at the Riverfront holiday market and they both are wonderful. my husband said the wings are seasoned so well and cooked perfectly he didnt need dipping sauce. the porkchop sandwich is fried perfectly and is large. next time you see them somewhere, you should stop in and get you some of their great food

Just ate Pat’s seafood gumbo at Watetline Brewing’s Mardi Gras. It was delicious! Best gumbo I’ve ever eaten! Thanks Chef Pat!

I have eaten at this food truck twice, and both times the food was exceptionally good, and the people working inside were very nice and friendly. I have had the pork chop sandwich, the blackened chicken with rice and beans, and their bread pudding. It was all awesome, and their seasonings are very good too!
Food was very tasty, staff was very friendly, but my shrimp burger only had 5 small shrimp on it. My suggestion would be to have jumbo shrimp or give 8-10 shrimp on the burger.

Food was very tasty, but my shrimp burger only had five little shrimp on it. Eight to 10 shrimp would be better unless they consider having jumbo shrimp.

Just left the Food Truck Rodeo at Ogden Park. We had never had Soulful Twist food before and in a word it was AMAZING!!!! Got the pimento cheese quesadilla and fried okra but the one thing to die for was the collard sandwich!!! A slice of ham and collards between 2 cornbread hoe cakes...OMG....sooooo good!!! How do we find out the schedule of where your truck will be? I think you will now have some Soulful Twist groupies. LOL
