Lovely. Get a new place. Get spectrum through partner getting a network set up. Quoted around 200-400 mbps average. I am getting less than 1... Waste of a company, cant wait for someone to take them out of business.

Customer service is nonexistent. Funny how they treat you poorly when they are your only option for internet, then when you do “cut the cord” they beg you to stay and get wireless through them. No thank you! Will never have any service with spectrum ever again.

Spectrum News is as trustworthy as CNN. Can't be trusted and should be removed and replaced with local news outlets for each area this cable company has service in.

Trash Internet. Worst provider you could ever imagine having. Always down and always slow speeds. Your “most reliable internet provider” commercials are complete bs. Please let someone else buy you out so we can maybe get decent internet from someone because it sure isn’t you.

I would do 0 stats but I can't.
By far the worst customer service on the face of the earth when you are trying to down grade your service. Several times I had to deal with spectrum customer service and I think is get worse every time. They are the slowest people who don’t give a damn about helping you. They will put you on hold until you basically get tired of waiting and just hang up. If you are adding new service they are right on top of things after that forget about it you are on an island by yourself. Spectrum you suck !!!!!!!!!!

Probably one of THE WORST businesses I've ever had the displeasure of getting involved with. WORST OF THE WORST customer service, they will hang up on you, curse you out, berate anyone who complains to them of their mishandling of billing, faulty equipment, etc. ANY interaction with this company usually comes with tampering of your bill or interruption of service. I can't tell you how horrible this company is, should be booted from the possibility of ever doing business anywhere ever again under any name.

One star is still too generous. First of all, we have multiple outages every month in the southern part of Wilmington near Carolina Beach. Typically stays down for nearly 4 hours. Additionally, I contacted customer support to gain access to digital statements for tax purposes that were just past 12 months. They told me they don't have access to the records and that I would have to pay $1.99 per statement to get those mailed to me. Unbelievable that a tech-based company with millions of data sets can't access a digital file for a customer. Simply put, I would not recommend Spectrum to my worst enemy.
