I’m sorry I been going here for over a year but this is the absolute worst I got a sandwich tomato mozzarella sandwich for lunch how is this even a sandwich it’s a joke and for 7.00 dollars!?!? Never again

I got to the window and wanted to add a piece of lemon loaf. I was told you couldn’t add food at the window. I can understand if it is something that needed to be heated but all you have to do is put this in a bag. All the workers were standing around socializing so it wouldn’t have been hard to do. Very disappointed since I go there 2-3 times a week!!!!!!

A very cold and crowded atmosphere. And I don't think that they should have food on display that they don't have for people to eat. That is ridiculous to me! The coffee was good. The lady that waited on us wasn't. RE to the owner, no thanks once was enough for me, there about 9 things on display and they had one. There are places that to better business than you in town aka care for the customers.

We have received poor service and rude employees the last number of times we have visited this location. For as much as it costs for a cup of coffee you should receive it with kindness! If I were you, check out another location or just choose another coffee shop!

Noisy with people and music racket. Crap acoustics. With all the people behind the counter aimlessly milling about it seemed my simple order should have been on the spot. Could not hear when it was ready, had to keep checking.

I can't believe I just paid over $6 for the "hot" coffee I ordered to be room temperature at best. I only gave 2 stars because the lady at the window was nice. Wish I had of tasted before driving off. The most important thing to me about coffee is the temperature, seems basic.
I’d love to call this location bitter sweet because for the most part my drinks are always great and hardly ever wrong but the attitudes of these baristas are so bad that I couldn’t even give that to them. Clearly, friendly customer service isn’t a priority at this store.

Awful customer service. I sat in front of the register and watched a total of 5 people make eye contact with me and not a single one acknowledged they would get with me in a moment. I felt awkward sitting there with a bright purple cup in my hand wanting to purchase it.
What’s even worse is the moment I gave up after almost 10 mins just sitting there the very next person that came in got immediately acknowledged and was almost instantly taken care of.
This is the worst starbucks in town.
