App was so easy to use, I downloaded it on the way to the store and ordered in line and our order was ready by the time we arrived at the drive thru. As always the drinks were delicious and made the way we ordered them.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant people are able to get food and drink without having issues

I usually order my morning coffee and breakfast on the app before I go to work and I get the same thing damn near every time, so I know what the coffee usually tastes like. but today was the worst experience I ever had with this Starbucks . idk what was up with the staff this morning , but I get to the order board and tell them I have a mobile order on the speaker and the lady sounded like she had an attitude after I told her that but I brushed it off bc maybe their morning started off kinda bad. Anyways I get to the window and I waited like 5 mins before anyone said anything to me, about the same amount of time to get everything. the lady that handed me my food and drink was nice and polite, but when I pull off and take sip of the coffee and it tastes horrible, it tasted like they poured half the syrup in the coffee and my cheese danish that was supposed to be warmed was cold af. It messed me up bc I wouldn’t expect this from Starbucks and it was right before my shift so I couldn’t come back, I tried calling but it was ringing to long, so I came to here. this one is usually solid and was my favorite but damn man.
