Love the area, location, everything about this starbucks. However, i come every single morning for the exact same coffee order, never anything different. It amazes me how every day it tastes nothing like it should, and it’s always different tasting. That’s unfortunate, the barista employees should be trained to make exactly as the order says/requires. When they do make your order right, you’ll have the best day ever though!

I recently went to get my regular cold weather favorite coffee -my sole purpose of going to Starbucks during the winter- to learn that my favorite has been discontinued for the “pecan” flavored drinks. I am a forever Toffee Nut Mocha (hot and cold) coffee drinker, and I can’t imagine why pecan was ever a good idea to replace it when it’s such an original coffee flavor. If anything pecan could’ve been added, not taking place of my favorite flavor. Unfortunately all I buy at Starbucks I can get else where. Everyone has pumpkin spice lattes including McDonald’s. But Port City Java has always been closer to my home, I’ve only chose to go out of the way for Starbucks with the idea my coffee would always be available. I will just revert to my original coffee shop.

Ryan was kind & got my drink fixed when their was a mix up! Thanks Ryan for your A+ customer service when the female employee immediately shut me down when I brought up my issue of thinking my drink (same order every week) didn't have coffee in it.

I'm not a regular Starbuck's customer but stopped later in the day today. Wanting a cold coffee without the caffiene. Although I could have had a decaf espresso on ice, Trent suggested an Iced Chai Latte and it was amazing and refreshing! Just wanted to share a great experience and a great rexommendation! Would definitely come back if I lived in the area! Thanks Trent!

This morning I stopped on my way to church. Worst experience at this location yet. No sugar packets out, no creamer out, had to go back to the register 3 times to get things they left out. I get that they were busy but this was just ridiculous!
I bought the Summer Berry Refresher and there barely any pearls, nothing like the ad shown for the drink, and most of the pearls were popped. Other than that I love Starbucks.

Super excellent Starbucks. Delicious coffee and great service, very spacious and clean with high ceilings. Looks like a Starbucks Reserve although I don’t think it is. Restrooms, outdoor seating, plenty of parking and Drive Through . Great atmosphere.

The Crusty Crab Crowd seems to love it. Took my granddaughter there. Tried a chocolate one time . It was really delicious. But for me,,, I could just make a glass of chocolate milk. Or a Icee with Cherry or Grape or whatever. I will still pop in from time to time with a golf buddy or family member. I personally don't see someone going there 5 or 6 days a week and making what amounts to a good used car payment. But hey,, to each his own . Mikey Out. Oooooh Yeah !!!!

We tried out a new local Starbucks the other day on our way to a car show and Starbucks usually you can never go wrong. I was definitely pleased with the service in the atmosphere and I always go for a iced caramel macchiato.
