We tried out a new local Starbucks the other day on our way to a car show and Starbucks usually you can never go wrong. I was definitely pleased with the service in the atmosphere and I always go for a iced caramel macchiato.

I went to the drive through at this location and used a gift card that was loaded onto my phone to pay. The employee scanned the online barcode like usual, but asked me if she could scan it again because it hadn’t seemed to work. I had absolutely no problem with letting them do it again because I wanted to make sure everything worked out correctly. She stated that the computer had made it look like I had payed for the person behind me making my total on their screen double the balance of my drink. She said everything was even so I left. Later I looked at the gift card balance and It was zero which meant I had been overcharged for my drink. I only wish that she would have directly stated that was what had happened instead of just letting me drive off. I know I should have been more diligent in making sure I wasn’t overcharged but the lack of care in even considering I had payed double for what I got was concerning.

The staff at this location are amazing! Everyone there is nice and friendly. The service was fast and I felt well taken care of. There was a rude customer who wanted a free drink and made multiple complaints, but the girls handled the situation with ease and deescalated the situation with care and professionalism. Their hard work and dedication didn’t go unrecognized! So shoutout to the closing crew on 1/18.

Love the staff at this location! I come here at least 2 times a week on my way to work and am always taken care of. One of the newer employees is so sweet and she always remembers my drink order or recommends me something when they’re out of stock so just thought I would give a shoutout!

I went in around 4 today for the new holiday treats and saw how busy they were. I was genuinely surprised with how fast they moved through the orders especially when there were only three staff members out front and lots of people waiting. I could tell the girl on bar was flustered but she was quick and still took the time to greet people which was nice. Restaurant is clean and a cool place to study when it’s quiet

Another awful drink and I didn't know it until I was too far away to return, again. It's so frustrating to wait in the driveup lane , drive away and find out your drink ingredients were forgotten. Today, I have such huge ice chunks in my Frappuccino that's its not drinkable. I guess I will try another store as it costs a lot for me to throw away my drink. I was coming there at least 4 times a week. Sorry for the bad review...just tired of the quality. Maybe, you need more staff or they need more training. I am really disappointed.

whoever was on heating at 3:30pm on 10/26 seriously sucks! why did i have to wait 20 minutes for a friggin cake pop. i watched the girl on bar struggle basically by herself for like 20 mintues while the guy at drive thru stood an twiddled his thumbs. she had to go in the back and basically drag this girl out of the back so she could have some assistance. the girl with short hair with tons of pins on her hat was great, super nice, fast paced and professional but man oh man she had NO SUPPORT!!!!! like i watched the girl on heating move around like a friggin snail!!! walking around so slow and had to be told where to go because i guess she just doesn't know how to do anything. so unprofessional, you're a barista pick up the pace. SMH!!!!!! i tried so hard to keep my cool but what in the world. long haired brunette who works at a snails pace needs to be retrained.
