Best Starbucks I’ve been to in the Wilmington area. I order a bit of an odd drink and some stores get flustered by it. This store makes it perfectly and quickly every time and the staff is always nice and professional.

Closed the store middle of the day ? 3:30 pm 12/17/2025 people out on the patio and all doors locked, drive thru off and workers inside. No signage on the door or any information on the website. For a location as busy as this one this is a little odd considering people just walked out with coffee prior to me trying to walk in.

I’m honestly so disappointed with this Starbucks. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful every time I visit. It always feels like I’m bothering them just by ordering. On top of that, my drink is almost never made right. I’ve had to ask for it to be remade multiple times, and even then, it’s still not correct. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent service. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

The unbelievable rude person I spoke to at this Starbucks will never have my business again. I believe she was the manager and she certainly has an attitude issue. Starbucks is, already a company losing money, and when you have nasty employees it won't help your company problems. The DM needs to step up and hire more personable, kind people, especially those who interact with the public--darn shame
