The unbelievable rude person I spoke to at this Starbucks will never have my business again. I believe she was the manager and she certainly has an attitude issue. Starbucks is, already a company losing money, and when you have nasty employees it won't help your company problems. The DM needs to step up and hire more personable, kind people, especially those who interact with the public--darn shame

I often online order here, the staff very nice to me.
Most of the baristas are nice but my order is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS either missing something or just wrong in some way and yeah I could just start going to another location but this one is the most convenient for me :(

Line was cery long, ubderstandable... I missed the drive thru speaker because I thought it was a board to look at before the speaker, like most starbucks locations have. Also had a screaming baby with croup and just dropped my mother off for surgery which probably contributed to missing that as well. When I got to the window, the girl was very nice and took my order anyways, then another girl came to the window and told me I have to drive around to order and wait in the long line AGAIN! This was with my crying sick 1 yr old that was very hungry. After finally getting my order, one of the items were not warmed how I'd asked, the gurl that told me to drive around again also took my order, so I'm sure that was on purpose. The only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1 is because the first girl did show kindness. I hope they are both blessed with the same amount of kindness they gave me and my 1 yr old today, Merry Christmas!
