I'm not sure what happened here tonight. However, I can tell you that it validated my gut feeling not to go in. The mentally absent employee forgot my drink but managed to remember everyone around me. After offering up a Winnie the Pooh style, Eeyore-like "sorry", I left with a refund and he got the free tip I never got back. The lesson here kids is... listen to your gut AND never tip a cartoon character.

Everyone here is usually very nice, but unfortunately this starbucks is extremely slow…even when there’s no one in line! They’re also not very consistent with their drinks :(

Shout out to Veronica for saving the day! Drinks for pickup were missing and the other employees were so busy they couldn’t stop to help. Veronica saw us standing there for a while and made time to come over and figure out what was going on. We had our drinks made in seconds!

I've traveled and experienced multiple Starbucks' across the country and the staff at this Starbucks is irreplaceable. I have been treated like family the entire time I've lived here and they never skip a beat. Every time I walk in there is a genuine reaction of being thrilled to see me and they are invested in me as a person, which is what I feel a lot of business' are missing this day in age.Every other Starbucks just doesn't feel the same.
