Completely baffled on the service given to us through the drive thru the morning of 12/28/25. Tried to order a standard menu drink with one modification. The drive thru employee must have been having a bad week because this one request sounded like the biggest problem she had ever heard… Not only were we given immediate attitude for trying to order a drink we had ordered multiple times before, but we were made to feel belittled by the employee as we tried to make her understand. She continued with the rudeness and we took our business elsewhere. Crazy to think we’ve been going somewhere since they open almost everyday just to have it ruined by one cranky person!!

Quick and easy coffee and gift cards. Most people.use the drive thru but we always go in. The Baristas are really nice and there are always a few people teleworking, making it very user friendly. Great place to hold a small meeting.

I get to Starbucks at 5:00 there are a lot of people in the coffee shop but all the doors are locked very disappointed so my rating they're lucky they are getting one star from me they do not advertise their hours on the door or even online

As a dasher the baristas at this location are unpleasant and do not acknowledge the delivery person’s with the same customer service and attitude as they for the drivers in drive thru and take out!

Out of the last 6 coffees I’ve order over the past few weeks 5 out 6 are missing Vanilla. I won’t visit this location again. A vanilla latte should surely have Vanilla….

Crystal Hunt

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service at this location. My daughter and I visited and she requested a Venti iced water. The staff member behind the counter, rather than offering basic courtesy, informed my child that she needed to purchase something in order to receive water. I was taken aback by the unhelpful and unfriendly attitude displayed. Such behavior does not reflect well on customer service standards. I would strongly suggest that staff undergo additional training in professionalism and courtesy.
