I get to Starbucks at 5:00 there are a lot of people in the coffee shop but all the doors are locked very disappointed so my rating they're lucky they are getting one star from me they do not advertise their hours on the door or even online

Cost too much
I love the mobile pick up! Saves me so much time just to run in or through the drive thru and grab my already made drink
Waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. WOW what service!!
As a dasher the baristas at this location are unpleasant and do not acknowledge the delivery person’s with the same customer service and attitude as they for the drivers in drive thru and take out!

Out of the last 6 coffees I’ve order over the past few weeks 5 out 6 are missing Vanilla. I won’t visit this location again. A vanilla latte should surely have Vanilla….

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service at this location. My daughter and I visited and she requested a Venti iced water. The staff member behind the counter, rather than offering basic courtesy, informed my child that she needed to purchase something in order to receive water. I was taken aback by the unhelpful and unfriendly attitude displayed. Such behavior does not reflect well on customer service standards. I would strongly suggest that staff undergo additional training in professionalism and courtesy.

Order online and horrible time waited over 15min. Walking in and driving through would had been faster. Staff couldn’t answer questions about order
We had outstanding service today. I always give my daughter’s name for the order and people don’t ask how to spell it or spell it wrong. When our barista confirmed the spelling before writing on the cup, my daughter was delighted. Thank you for making our day!

Came in to order, after we ordered our drinks the drive thru filled up and emptied out three times before we got our drinks.

These are actual quotes from just some of the 8 or so baristas/actresses behind the counter.
After already checking on the progress 15-20 minutes.
These baristas appear oblivious to the in-store customers, leading towards a cold, robotic, apathetic and impersonal in-store experience.
The store isn't even that busy.
It's a Mystery why there are so so many online orders.
