They put sweetener in my coffee. I ordered a venti ice coffee with oatmilk. When I brought it back in and told them I didn't order it with sweetner and was nice about it because I have been that batista and they get an attitude and then hardly put and oatmilk in it.

Rylee Thornton threatened to spit in my drink then walked into the back of the store and came back with it…she was very disgusting towards many people don’t recommend her

I ordered a mobile order for in store at 9:16 AM and it said it was ready at 9:19. My drink never appeared at the pickup station. I became a bit impatient 15 minutes later, but very politely explained the situation to the person at the register. She didn’t even bother to check and said “oh they’re probably still working on it”. I called my husband who was in the car with our newborn son and asked him to handle it because I was getting really irritated. He came in and asked for our order which apparently had been sitting at the drive thru the entire time. Wasted 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back - mostly annoyed at the lack of consideration, apology, or offer to make it right. Will avoid this location when possible moving forward.

Went to Starbucks’s the other day and saw a manager or some kind of superior woman yelling at one of the baristas. It was horrible to see and I felt so bad for the employee. Managers name tag said Hannah.

The Starbucks in question suffered from inadequate design and size, with insufficient indoor seating and parking, leading to extended drive-thru wait times. Additionally, the inability to place orders ahead added to the frustration. Waiting in line for 10-15 minutes or parking a considerable distance away only amplified the disappointment when they are out of food item or a ingredient

i have no words. all i have to say is the barista with all the pins in her hat, she has no hair. this “lady” was very rude to me while making my drink and taking my order i might’ve heard a couple cuss words if i say so. it was an unpleasant visit at this location i hope next time i come back that “lady” is gone!!! starbucks fix your employees!!!
