This location and parking lot, getting in and out is the worst! I've seen an accident in the parking lot. Every time I come here I think I'm not coming back. The staff is wonderful. It is close to the hospital which is why they have customers.

This is a terrible Starbucks:( The staff is slow and run around hectic even if I am the only customer in sight. I.E.: they are very inefficient.
Drinks are always mediocre and not “made with love” like most other locations.
I keep going back because it’s a convenient location. But I have to find a better option- I always come away irritated from this place.

Ordered 2 vinti coffees with heavy cream and 3 pumps Carmel syrup & whipped Carmel crunch. Delivered to the Women's/Children's Hospital. I received 2 vinti coffee with heavy cream and nothing I paid extra for on top I paid for fastest delivery and 30%tip....not happy at all!
Great location and quick efficient service. Folks always so nice there. Lots of seating arrangements inside for conversations or privacy. Close to hospital and doctor offices. Good stop off pint.

Ordered two basic drinks and both weren’t made well. Our iced latte had curdles in it which shows that they clearly didn’t shake the oat milk or used an old container. Our basic green tea lemonade wasn’t even shaken. It takes two seconds to shake a green tea lemonade. You’re also supposed to make it in the shaker either way for measurement. It’s hot out. We wanted refreshing drinks and instead we got kid drinks and a waste of time and money. Really disappointed.
