Don't bother ordering ahead for in-store pickup. Order is never ready on time, or the baristas forget something is on the order. Drive-thru orders never get messed up for whatever reason.
Update: This Starbucks is consistently running behind lately, and orders are taking 8-10min longer than listed on the app upon paying for an order.

I was visiting from Boston and was met wit impeccable service from the two barista’s! I don’t leave a tunnel reviews, but felt compelled after my experience at this in particular Starbucks! It would be nice if some of the Starbucks up north would take these lovely ladies energy!

Just went there and got a venti white chocolate mocha. Asked for no whip, no foam. I got so much foam that approximately one-third of my coffee wasn’t there! This seems to be a common issue now with Starbucks. Will not go back and I hate that because I do love their coffee but when I pay for a venti I want a venti. The picture is what was left after I took all the foam off.
Do you serve whipped coffee? Also you you have dalgona coffee to buy?

Whoever made that large caramel ribbon crunch with extra espresso yesterday around 5pm- you are a coffee god/goddess. I've had dozens of these things and none of them were made nearly as well as that one. I will be back to this location sheerly because of the quality even despite how busy the place was! Thanks 😊

Ordered the caramel ribbon crunch decaf on July 8th and they gave it to me creme version. Not sure if it is the standard or not but I have ordered this many times and have never received the creme version. Not being rude, but if I wanted the creme version I would have asked for it. She then treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and laughed about it behind the counter with her coworker.
